Never judge by the cover: my first impression was of a family-run establishment, poorly managed and frequented by some shady people...I initially didn't want to go in...I apologize for the misjudgment. We were treated like family, with sandwiches prepared with care and love, very fair prices, and special attention to customer service and communication that was never intrusive. Keep up the good work, you deserve better.
