Dog Beach is almost perfect. One suggestion: perfect would be to add fences, where slightly more sociable dogs can be separated without the owner having to constantly keep the dog on a leash because they want to go to the dog next door on the beach. Just tested at Bau Bau Beach in Jesolo. These fences are very relaxing for owners and dogs.

Bagno Astoria located in the central area of ​​the Sottomarina seafront is without a doubt one of the best baths in the area without taking anything away from the others but this one is for cleanliness, parking layout and organization and welcome towards tourists at the top of my ranking. In my adolescence I frequented this beach assiduously and then for various reasons I moved more towards the dam. The tranquility is clearly one of the strong points in addition to those already listed because it is frequented by families and the tambourines of the nightlife here are not even on weekends. The parking is large and even if external it is covered by sheets against the heat and the sun's rays even in the hottest months unlike the simple shade that is found almost everywhere. There are both hot and cold showers even if they are quite far from the beach and therefore to the side of the parking lot. I have not seen any dogs and I do not think they are welcome and I think that this is what decided in my opinion to remove the 5 stars from the bath. Unfortunately, like the whole Sottomarina area, I don't see any entertainment from the bathroom staff for children, but there are only two mini slides near the bar and a single swing with chains. This could perhaps be improved along the lines of the Romagna area where these details also attract tourists, given that the water is good or the Adriatic Sea is the same color. 7 euros for parking on Saturdays for 3 to 12 hours of parking, but there are various options, including hourly spending. Today, 06/25/2022, I spent 23 euros for 1 umbrella and 2 very comfortable loungers due to the integrated cushion for the headrest. Dog Area: Friendly and present staff, Stefany was kind, prepared and always present, welcoming us and informing us in detail about the rules for the dog area, where in this area of ​​the bathroom they are pampered by their owners and the distance between the umbrellas is very wide to avoid fights or "noise" between the dogs. This area of ​​the beach costs a little more. From 26 euros here it goes to 29 considering that the dog has a bed all its own and does not have to stay on the ground. The only flaw is the distance between the toilet and the beach itself even if there are actually two bars nearby. Along the walkway that goes towards the water and therefore the sea there are taps and showers at a distance of 10 meters or maybe less between one and the other so as to be able to refresh the furry friend or change his water during the day. Unfortunately there are no showers for us "humans" nearby and this could be a problem that can be filled by those who manage the Bath. The hot and cold showers are quite a distance from the dog area. My regret having been in this establishment since I was little is in the fact that the building before the beach is no longer a diner, for years now, but a bingo hall is located and this is undoubtedly in my taste and opinion something not suitable for the place. I miss the canteen that was there and it was very crowded and without a doubt the food was very very good.
