The vibe is amazing very chill and it’s nice to take a break from touristic place and get experience the true Italian vibe and the lady working there is very nice too !!

I had the best pizza in Italy by far at this place. I know they were upset about making it because it was midday and summer. And yet, it was the best I've ever had. I've been to several places in Italy, and today I had the last one before leaving Italy. The best was there. The tuna sandwiches too.

We had so much fun here! Everyone was so kind and the drinks and service were excellent. We went on a Friday night and the had a great time with the karaoke. I would recommend to everyone!

Much more than a simple bar, an intimate and welcoming place on a hill in front of San Pietro station, from where you can admire a panorama of the unique dome. The bar is very well stocked, for lunch and dinner they also prepare appetizing dishes, ranging from cold cuts, to lasagna and tasty rosemary pizza. The tiramisu homemade by the manager is something unique, very good. In this place you can listen to good live music and on Fridays you can have fun with karaoke. What else to say, excellent. 👯🏻‍♂

A lovely local restaurant. Homemade (really) croissants, excellent (really) coffee and more than reasonable prices. I can highly recommend it.

Throughout my stay in Rome, my thoughts come back to this place most often. The owner is fantastic, the coffee is of the highest quality, the food is tasty and all at a low price! A place definitely worth visiting

14/07/2025: This is the second time I've stopped at Shaby and I'm more and more satisfied with having tried it. The atmosphere is unique and well-decorated, the service is always punctual and super courteous, the lady always gives excellent advice and is always very helpful, the dishes are always very unique and cooked with so much love and passion. Excellent choice also for vegetarians and vegans. Everything is perfect, the only flaw is some reviews I've read that absolutely don't reflect the positive aspects indicated. Brave!
