We stopped on a Saturday for an aperitif before lunch...what can I say...wonderful discovery! The location is beautiful and suggestive, the staff very kind and the non-alcoholic cocktails were really good and finally different from the usual sweet fruity one that is normally served in all the bars. We will definitely be back!

You don't come here for food, but wine by the glass and cocktails are decent, service friendly, in a beautiful "secret" courtyard with Renaissance painted ceilings of the archways serving as entry to the Chigiana music Academy, which sometimes hosts free concerts by conservatory students. Academia is housed in 14th-century Palazzo Chigi-Saracini and contains an important library of musical and literary works of over 70,000 volumes as well as The Chigi Saracini Art Collection and The Musical Instrument Museum. Locals hang out here for evening aperitivo (which comprises only of chips with one's drink, and for aperitivo small bruscetta and few finger foods, so go somewhere else if you are after more substantial aperitivo platter). Often, one can overhear Academy students' rehearsals with one's coffee. In the evenings during the tourist season, there are free concerts in the courtyard, fabulous fun. I love this place!

La atmósfera nos atrajo. Mezcla fresca de música y bar en un entorno hermoso. Es precioso tanto dentro como fuera en el patio. Los cócteles eran excelentes y los aperitivos muy sabrosos. Repito cliente.

Parada aquí para un almuerzo tranquilo un domingo antes de visitar Duomo y sus museos. Gran ambiente: un patio tranquilo, música encantadora porque se encuentra en una escuela de música. El servicio parecía un poco apagado, pero bien. Pedimos una pequeña ensalada, un plato de Burrata prosciutto, un pappardelle con jabalí y una copa de vino tinto + agua con gas. Ningún plato lo caracterizaría como delicioso. Papperdelle estaba seco y la salsa peatonal. La burrata tenía un sabor desagradable. El pan no estaba fresco. El vino era excelente.

Stopped here for a quiet lunch on a Sunday before visiting Duomo and its museums. Great atmosphere: a quiet courtyard, lovely music because it’s located in a music school. Service seemed a bit off but ok. We ordered a small salad, a Burrata prosciutto plate, a pappardelle with wild boar, and a glass of red wine + sparkling water. No dish would I characterize as delicious. Papperdelle was dry and the sauce pedestrian. The burrata had an off flavor. Bread was not fresh. Wine was excellent.
