A true gastronomic experience! The Chichibio restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and dishes crafted with attention to detail. We opted for the 4-course tasting menu! Each dish surprised us and was elegantly presented. Each course was a perfect balance of flavors, especially the appetizer of peas, snow peas, zucchini, and celery, and the mixed pasta dish. The honey and chamomile dessert deserves a special mention. The staff was friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. The wine selection was also excellent, well-recommended by the sommelier. The quality/price ratio was absolutely right. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. Compliments to all the staff!

Credo che nella vita bisogna provare quel che non si conosce per poter esprimere un pensiero e soprattutto un giudizio..ero scettica per questa esperienza ma ho ascoltato i consigli e anche un po’ di sesto senso…Una cucina che non conoscevo ma che mi ha lasciato sia al palato che negli occhi un’arte che solo chi ama questo lavoro può raffigurare! Dall’antipasto,al dolce..un accostamento di sapori,di vini,di amore ma soprattutto di emozioni… Si..perché pur venendo da una terra di mare,lo chef,ascoltando e sentendo la mia nostalgia,ha fatto sì che nei suoi piatti trovassi un po’ di casa..sono stata benissimo…mi sono sentita come non credevo mi potessi sentire.. A Bruno(cameriere) i miei complimenti..Preparatissimo su ogni singola cosa..attento e molto organizzato..So cosa significa stare in questo settore..e non c’è cosa più bella di vedere un cameriere che ti serva con il sorriso stampato in viso! Ps: Da Calabrese,abituata ad una cucina differente, è stato semplicemente ECCEZIONALE,TUTTO! Un grazie speciale a Raffaele,il migliore chef di Roccaraso!
