Today my partner and I chose Chichibio to celebrate our anniversary, and we couldn't have made a better choice! The experience was impeccable in every respect, from the attentive and courteous service to the quality of the dishes offered. We opted for the 4-course tasting menu, accompanied by 3 varieties of wines, and we were enchanted by the care and balance of flavors. The restaurant highlights typical local products, but also offers ingredients from other regions, creating a gastronomic journey that conquers the palate. The atmosphere is elegant but welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. Furthermore, the quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the quality of the raw materials and the refinement of the preparations. If you are in Roccaraso, Chichibio is an experience not to be missed. We will definitely be back! ✨

Abbiamo cenato in tre con il mio piccolo. Premesso che nel menù c’è percorso degustazioni a base di tartufo bianco che non abbiamo preso in quanto non piace il tartufo. Siamo andati alla carta con risotto e tortelli per passare al secondo di faraona, vitello alla pizzaiola e guancia di maiale. Piatti presentati in maniera divina prodotti di primissima qualità ottimo abbinamento degli ingredienti l’unica cosa che leggermente manca è una spinta come sapori nei piatti. Servizio impeccabile carta dei vini da buona conto eccezionale per la qualità dei prenditi e la cura dei piatti. Siamo vicino alla perfezione manca giusto un minimo di azzardo come gusto nei piatti.

Serata piacevolissima, ci sanno fare. Gentili senza affettazione nel curare il servizio, ambiente “minimal” ma non freddo. Piatti creativi con sapori credibili, ben presentati. Si potrebbero limare un po’ i prezzi, ma la qualità c’è e spicca in un Abruzzo montanaro ancora piuttosto conservatore nella ristorazione!

I found a beautiful environment that smelled of clean air despite being indoors.....welcomed by kind staff from the waiter Bruno to the sommelier who I don't remember his name....of a high standard....not to mention the chef and what a chef... kind, open to conversation with his customers but above all a chef that I have never found until now... his dishes well designed to excite the customer and his palate. I had an appetizer and a second course...obviously also dessert. Beautiful experience and we will not miss another visit to this place.

Excellent dining experience. We had a divine meal, friendly and professional staff, impeccable service, fast and attentive, a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. 10 out of 10 for the mushroom tortello, guinea fowl and oyster ragout (a bold but balanced dish) and the desserts, a worthy conclusion to an amazing food and wine journey.

If you are near Roccaraso you cannot miss stopping at this restaurant. Professional and very attentive service. Excellent dishes! From appetizers to desserts, everything is taken care of and studied down to the smallest detail. These guys are really good.
