Maybe because we had a pretty high expectation but the restaurant was pretty so so. Nothing wrong with it. In fact it’s quite creative but for the price, we expected a bit more I guess. We wanted to try Su filindeu pasta and I kind of understand why this has not spread all over the world like some other pastas 🤷🏻‍♀️ Escargot (starter) was quite good.

Das Restaurant befindet sich am Ende des Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in einem Abschnitt der Straße, der eher etwas ungastlich wirkt. Aber der Weg lohnt sich. Man wird freundlich begrüßt und im kleinen Gastraum platziert. Es gibt ca 16 Plätze; also unbedingt reservieren !! Die Speisen sind alle schön präsentiert und schmackhaft, der Guide Michelin liegt hier ganz richtig. Als herausragend empfand ich aber den Service von Barbara und Alessio - super Kundenorientierung und immer lächelnd. Grazie mille 😊

It was our first visit to a Michelin starred restaurant, it was definitely worth it. The atmosphere, hospitality and cuisine exuded the life of Sardinia. The whole experience with the mask and welcome drink was amazing. The wine perfectly selected by the sommelier complemented the Sardinian cuisine.

A lovely, quiet restaurant with just a few tables, a mise en place with attention to every detail, a friendly and attentive welcome. A small aperitif with cheese foam is offered to accompany a fried pecorino pastry and a pleasant ginger-flavoured drink, to be drunk in a white ceramic mask. The choice of their dishes was quite complicated for us, due to the presence of ingredients we did not like and were excessively elaborate. So we opted for the classic cheese platter, which however had portions too small for two to share; followed by 1 portion of duck breast and 1 first course of pasta with chickpeas and pork. Finally, two very good desserts, the trifle and the seada. Two glasses of wine and 1 bottle of water, for a total of around 60 euros per person. A cost we considered quite high, considering that the portions were very small and the choice of dishes very limited, for our tastes.

Un  grazioso ristorante tranquillo e con pochi tavoli, una mise en place curata in ogni dettaglio, un'accoglienza cordiale e attenta. Viene offerto un piccolo aperitivo con spuma di formaggio da accompagnare a un pasticcino fritto al pecorino e una gradevole bevanda al sapore di zenzero, da bere in una maschera bianca di ceramica. La scelta delle loro pietanze è risultata per noi alquanto complicata, per la presenza di ingredienti a noi non graditi ed eccessivamente elaborati. Per cui ci siamo orientati sul classico tagliere di formaggio, che però aveva  porzioni troppo scarse da condividere in due; a seguire 1 porzione di petto d'anatra e 1 primo di pasta con  ceci e  maiale. Per finire due dolci molto buoni, la zuppa inglese e la seada. Due calici di vino e 1 bottiglia d'acqua, per un totale di circa 60 euro a persona. Un costo da noi ritenuto alquanto elevato, considerato che le porzioni erano davvero ridotte e la scelta dei piatti molto limitata, per i nostri gusti. Le tre stelle sono per la cortesia e professionalità del personale di sala

Place with few tables. Very particular menu with unusual but well-calibrated combinations. Mrs. Marina was very helpful in explaining the complex composition of the dishes. All very good, I don't give five stars because the price, although adequate for quality, is a little excessive in terms of quantity.

The food was really tasty. We can't say much negative about the flavors, but the portions were far too small. We had a starter, main course and dessert. I can understand that in a more refined restaurant the portions are smaller, but a main course that only consists of a small piece of meat and half a piece of chicory is simply not enough. If you, as a restaurant, give people the option to order a la carte, you as a restaurant must ensure that your portions are large enough. If you, as a passerby, just think: "I want to eat here" and you only order a main course with the idea of ​​having a full meal, then you have come to the wrong place. The restaurant would be better off offering some set menus without an a la carte choice. This way, as a customer, you always have enough to eat and you will not be faced with any unpleasant surprises. The service was good. The woman who served us did her best to explain everything to us in English. That was very sweet. The wine she recommended was really tasty and paired well with the dishes. The restaurant offers many local dishes, which is certainly an asset.

30/05/2025: Just left the place after a 50th... everything was very good, they served us platters of cold cuts and cheeses, since it was so abundant we even left some, along with the platter there were fried culutgionis and truly exquisite eggplant meatballs, then they made a round of spaghetti with sea urchins, mouth-watering in a baking dish, it was for 4 but we ate for 5 with seconds. Afterwards there was the mixed grill with French fries... Everything was very good, clean place and very friendly staff. Congratulations, I can't wait to go back
04/05/2025: We went for lunch on May 1st, the day of Sant'Efisio. There were 4 of us and we took the fixed menu at 25 euros which included a first course, a second course and a side dish (specifically two seafood fregule, two artichoke and bottarga ravioli, a sliced ​​meat and 3 mixed fried foods plus chips) all very good and plentiful. Courteous and punctual service. Thanks, we had a great time. We'll be back Emanuela
