We had an amazing time here at ChiaroScuro, usually I’m not a fan of Sardinian cousin but I have to say for the way everything was it made me definitely reconsider! Everything was superb, we trued around 9 different dishes, each bringing a different perspective to the traditional Sardinian food I was used to. Most of the dishes bring a touch of our natural flora, reminding of the smells of Sardinia countryside and macchia Mediterranea. My top recommendation would be spaghetto alla bottarga, very delicate and creamy, and the maialetto in oliocottura, which combine crunchiness and tenderness spectacularly. Regarding desert we only tried the Macchia which combined very nice aromas from one of the most iconic Sardinian plants. Overall 100% recommended and really a hidden gem in this town.

Nice Sardinian restaurant with a twist on Sardinian cuisine.

A small restaurant, but highly recommended. We had a lovely dinner, with some excellent dishes (tortelli, fruit beef, and a chocolate ice cream sundae). The service was a bit aggressive, but I still give the chef my compliments!

Good restaurant but inconsistent dishes... For example, an excellent "Maialino in Oliocottura" but bland pesto pasta... Not all the dishes are of the same standard, which is a shame. Otherwise, impeccable setting and service!

Impeccable service, a beautifully managed dining room, and friendly and helpful staff create a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, while also incorporating all the amenities of an excellent restaurant. The Sardinian cuisine is exceptional, with creative and tasty dishes. Despite the highly elegant menu, this restaurant puts guests at ease in a decidedly welcoming atmosphere. A highly recommended stop in Sardinia.

Das Restaurant befindet sich am Ende des Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in einem Abschnitt der Straße, der eher etwas ungastlich wirkt. Aber der Weg lohnt sich. Man wird freundlich begrüßt und im kleinen Gastraum platziert. Es gibt ca 16 Plätze; also unbedingt reservieren !! Die Speisen sind alle schön präsentiert und schmackhaft, der Guide Michelin liegt hier ganz richtig. Als herausragend empfand ich aber den Service von Barbara und Alessio - super Kundenorientierung und immer lächelnd. Grazie mille 😊

Fenomenal - verdaderamente merecedor de una estrella Michelin en todos los niveles - comida, servicio, decoración / ambiente y presentación fueron impecables. Excelente comida a precios razonables y excelente oferta de vinos curados. La exquisitez adopta recetas tradicionales locales elevadas sin pretensiones. Una de las mejores experiencias gastronómicas que he tenido.
