It was really good. The food tasted really good and the service was amazing. The steak was really good and tasty. I highly recommend it everyone. Friendly workers, fast service. 5 star.

I was forced to write this review. I was already full, but they forced me to write it anyway. Then they gave me a huge tiramisu. I really didn't want any more food! LOL KLEO's service was excellent. I ordered the lunch set menu, and the salad, pasta, and meat were all twice the amount I expected. The balsamic vinegar and olive oil were delicious.

Visited for dinner and had a pretty mixed experience. The steak itself was juicy and tasty, but if I’m honest it didn’t quite live up to the expectations set by other reviews. Unfortunately, there was also a serious issue. I found a metal staple in the steak, which was a real shame and obviously a food safety concern. To their credit, the staff handled it well. The waiter (Robert I think?) apologised and the manager removed the steak from the bill without any hassle, which I really appreciated. We were also seated in a side room, which wasn’t as nice or atmospheric as the main dining area, so that slightly affected the overall experience. Overall, good service recovery and a decent meal, but the metal in the food and slightly underwhelming setting meant it didn’t fully meet expectations. I also feel all the staff were in general overwhelmed form Easter weekend which is understandable and perhaps a bit of a language barrier. Just a bit unfortunate, but really appreciate Robert and the manager making amends.

The menu was so unhelpful (I didn't know there was a Korean menu 😭), so I asked a staff member for help, but they acted very annoyed. I managed to order somehow, and the food came out quickly, but... I had booked through The Fork, so they didn't apply the discount to the bill. I had to mention it again for them to finally process it. However, since I paid by card, they didn't cancel the transaction and return it; instead, they gave me cash back ㅡㅡ and even then, they gave me about 5 euros less. I just considered it a tip, but it really left a bad impression on me.

**Make sure to make a reservation in advance to get a 30% discount** Thanks to our Korean server, Yeda, I was able to order comfortably in Korean, and it was nice that she explained the menu and gave me tips >_< I think it was easy to eat ㅎㅎ And the Arrabiata pasta is udon noodles, but if you ask them to cook it more, they cook it more, which was nice because it wasn't greasy ㅎㅎ The steak was filetto dlimanzo con salsa al pepe verde e brandy. I ate sirloin steak with green pepper and brandy sauce. Please refer to the picture :) Thank you for the iced Americano and tiramisu🫶🏻 For reference, I recommend the T-bone steak restaurant casa del vin santo.

I've been there several times, the last one in 2018, everything was perfect and I hope to return... we actually returned in March 2026, and something has changed... not very satisfied compared to the past... before at the table they welcomed us, now they don't, we received various gadgets when paying the bill, oil, personalized wines etc, now not... I understand cutting and reducing the costs but it's a real shame... then the meat served differently and lukewarm... small things that make it clear that there is less care than before, but for me it remains good and recommended... it's just my humble opinion.

I ordered the steak that comes up as "Chinese" when translated into Korean!! The carbonara is super delicious. The portions are generous! 1kg is enough for two people. Kieo was so kind, and the other staff members were so friendly too haha. Keio e' molto gentile. Grazie. Cute~!!!

The atmosphere was very refined and welcoming, and the service was also very courteous, but the dishes arrived one after the other. I felt like I was being rushed, considering the reservation the restaurant had allowed. Nevertheless, the food was very enjoyable.
