A wonderful discovery in Putignano. The server is extremely kind, and the food is both fresh and traditional. The cuts of meat are local and magnificent. We recommend it 100 times over.

A real surprise, to find yourself passing by chance and discover this little place in a characteristic alley of Putignano. The guys are very kind and professional and the food is really excellent quality. You can taste the choice of ingredients made with care, everything on the plate had its own distinguishable good taste. If we find ourselves in the area we will definitely stop again.

21/05/2025: It is an essential point of reference for various categories of travellers: (cyclists, motorcyclists, trekkers, hikers). Vintage atmosphere of the distant 70s-80s that makes the stop pleasant and nostalgic. All the staff members are very kind, ready for any need. The sandwiches are the top of the range of a series of products served with know-how and great attention.

24/05/2025: Il forno più antico della città del pane. Quando entri fai un viaggio nel trmpo, non a caso c'è spesso la fila. Focaccia spettacolare e pasta prodotta da loro molto buona
25/03/2025: Un posto magico, Un'esperienza davvero unico. E' un po' caro, ma vale la pena assaggiare sia il pane appena sfornato che le varie focacce.
