Chi va piano è un vero gioiello, con una fortissima identità che si percepisce in ogni dettaglio ed ogni angolo racconta una storia. Lentamente vi spiego che il vero protagonista è il menù. Ogni piatto è un capolavoro, con sapori bilanciati, unici, rivisitati e ingredienti freschissimi. È raro trovare un locale così, dove un vegetariano, un vegano e un carnivoro possono trovare eguale soddisfazione. Un’esperienza straordinaria che consiglio a chiunque cerchi il meglio. I only ate meat and therefore as a good Tuscanaccio I have to evaluate the dishes I tasted....excellent fillet, prefect cooking, very good braised meat...absolutely worth trying. PROMOTED WITH FULL MARKS.

Very beautiful place in Putignano, vaulted room and cozy atmosphere, we eat a bit of grandmother's cooking there. The lamb is delicious, brought straight to the dish from the oven. No pasta or pizza, we go there to taste more traditional Apulian food, very tasty. Very good value for money. Be careful, it is better to book, the place is very popular with Italians!

a guarantee I have been going there for years, it always maintains high standards, excellent meat, appetizer side dishes, homemade bread, all seasoned with sunny hospitality from Stefano and all the staff.

We noticed the restaurant while strolling through the old town and are glad we came here. The staff/owners have been so friendly and welcoming to us. We felt like we were at home! We had two starters and the T-Bone and would order it again at any time. The meat was cooked to perfection, the bread was a dark whole grain bread and the best we had on the table so far on the trip. The food here is all local and organic. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back. We would especially like to thank Alessandra for the great service! We could even speak in German ☺️♥️

Great food, I really liked the tagliatelle and the choice of vegetarian dishes. The welcome and the old-style place were very pleasant.

Very good vegetable starters, excellent meat. We ate a delicious spicy stew and the tagliatelle served with very tasty potatoes. Very good service, careful selection of organic wines. Prices in line with zero km raw materials rich in flavour. Highly recommended.

EL MEJOR RESTAURANTE DE PUGLIA. Vinimos por una noche e inmediatamente reservamos para volver a la noche siguiente. Restaurante increíble. Como turista inglés no te dejes intimidar por el menú, es la mejor carne que he probado (además, solo tienes que buscar en el restaurante y te dará la versión en inglés en línea si estás atascado). El camarero estará encantado de hacer recomendaciones tanto sobre el vino como sobre la comida si está abrumado o inseguro. ¡Todos los productos orgánicos incluyendo la coca - cola que sabía increíble! Honestamente no puedo darle a este lugar suficientes elogios. Volaría a Italia sólo por este restaurante.
