Chi Va Piano is a confirmation for those who live in Putignano and a discovery for those coming from outside the town. The atmosphere is enchanting, a small corner of tranquility where time seems to really slow down, with soft lights, no noise from a TV on or loud music. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and the food... simply delicious! Dishes prepared with care and expertly crafted high quality ingredients. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic cuisine and a relaxing experience.

Chi va piano è un vero gioiello, con una fortissima identità che si percepisce in ogni dettaglio ed ogni angolo racconta una storia. Lentamente vi spiego che il vero protagonista è il menù. Ogni piatto è un capolavoro, con sapori bilanciati, unici, rivisitati e ingredienti freschissimi. È raro trovare un locale così, dove un vegetariano, un vegano e un carnivoro possono trovare eguale soddisfazione. Un’esperienza straordinaria che consiglio a chiunque cerchi il meglio. P.s. consiglio il vino “Chi va Piano”

Those who go slowly are a true jewel, with a very strong identity that can be perceived in every detail and every corner tells a story. Slowly I explain to you that the real protagonist is the menu. Each dish is a masterpiece, with balanced, unique, revisited flavors and very fresh ingredients. It is rare to find a place like this, where a vegetarian, a vegan and a carnivore can find equal satisfaction. An extraordinary experience that I recommend to anyone looking for the best.

Agriturismo La Locanda Tra Gli Ulivi

10/03/2025: Sunday 09/03 for lunch with friends. Lovely place, ample parking Impeccable service accompanied by so much kindness. Top quality and preparation of food. Definitely recommended and coming back.
16/02/2025: We had the pleasure of having lunch at Mr. Pino's "Locanda tra gli Ulivi" and we were really satisfied. The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that makes every meal a unique experience. The dishes are prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and you immediately perceive the love for tradition and quality. The flavors are authentic and each course is a discovery. Mr. Pino is an excellent host, always helpful and kind. Recommended for those looking for a place to enjoy genuine dishes in a family environment. We will definitely be back!
