Located in Gries, excellent restaurant for eating fish and pizza. I would say that the meat isn't bad either. The staff are kind and helpful, the private parking does its part.

Amazing pizza.. pasta, cheese and space pepper and everything else too, friendly and always with a smile.. impeccable service and always attentive to the customer, I gladly go there when I can because I feel great about everything!

Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. We had a good time. Just be careful when booking with theFork because after 7.30pm they don't look at it anymore (coming from them). Better to call.

Excellent food, not very crowded and about twenty minutes from the centre, they accept dogs, which is essential for us. There is a quiet atmosphere despite the restaurant facing the street

Very nice place, secluded and welcoming. The staff are fantastic and kind. The food offering is wide, including pizza, and at a good price; only advice is that the quality of the dishes could improve slightly.

Chez Frederich is a fantastic restaurant. I ate some amazing fish, fresh and impeccably cooked. The mussels were fresh and tasty. The frying is abundant and dry. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the service was very attentive. If you love fish, this is the right place for you. The bill is a little steep, but it's worth it. I highly recommend it!

Chez Frederich è un ristorante fantastico. Ho mangiato del pesce straordinario, fresco e cucinato in modo impeccabile. Le cozze erano fresche e saporite. La frittura abbondante e asciutta. L'atmosfera è calda e accogliente e il servizio è stato molto attento. Se amate il pesce, questo è il posto giusto per voi. Il conto è un po’ salato, ma ne vale la pena. Lo consiglio vivamente!

26/10/2024: The chef uses local products and flavors from this mountainous region, and the sommelier offers wines from local producers that pair perfectly with the dishes. This restaurant is unpretentious and the result of an artistic approach by enthusiasts which demonstrates the love of this magnificent region.
03/10/2024: This was, without question, the best meal I have ever had. The art, the presentation, the flavors — everything was top-notch. Each course was delicious, interesting, and beautiful. We were constantly amazed by every dish. The waitress was wonderful and attentive, and the chef came out to ask us about our meal at the end of it. There was no better way for us to spend our evening in celebration of our marriage earlier that day. We will be returning to the Dolomites simply to enjoy another meal at Tilia. Thank you.

27/06/2024: Abbiamo pranzato un lunedì di giugno 2024. , Un gruppo di 51 persone. Siamo stati veramente bene. Pranzo ottimo. Personale veramente gentile, serviti in tempi conforme alle nostre richieste. Prezzo buono. Ringraziamo, se torniamo a Bressanone, sicuramente ci ritorniamo.
31/01/2024: Ein Abendessen mit der Familie hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Wir hatten einen schön gedeckten Tisch in einer traditionell gemütlichen Gaststube. Die Auswahl an Speisen war reichhaltig und von bester Qualität. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und bei den Getränken gut beraten. Das Restaurant ist in der Altstadt gelegen und bietet einen ruhigen, gemütlichen Ort für ein tolles Essen.
