Chevere Sushi & Poke In Acireale

I had never eaten Japanese food before last Sunday, when my friend, already an expert in sushi and poke, suggested that I go to this place. Very particular location, characteristic and clean. We didn't wait long also because it was 7.45pm when we arrived, we ordered two poke with a price starting from €13.50; the good thing is the wide choice of ingredients that can be included, the quality of the product was very good. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. We paid around €41, a little high, but also deserved. I recommend this place to people open to oriental cuisine, therefore also very spicy and tasty, but I don't recommend it to families with small children, because obviously and rightly the menu is entirely made up of Japanese cuisine dishes. A characteristic place, however it is not for everyone.

If you are a sushi lover and you are in Acireale, this restaurant is a must. Unlike the usual all-you-can-eat options, here the sushi is à la carte, a choice that is reflected in the quality and care of every single piece. The location is welcoming and well-kept, perfect for a relaxing dinner. The service was impeccable: quick, attentive and friendly. The menu offers a vast selection of dishes, with the possibility of choosing predefined boxes which help to contain the overall cost without sacrificing variety. Sushi? Simply exceptional. Each piece is a perfect combination of freshness, balance and surprising flavours. You can feel the research in the ingredients and combinations, and the result is a truly unforgettable tasting experience. The final bill was around 45 euros each, a more than honest figure considering the quality and quantity of food. There were five of us, all with excellent appetites, and we left more than full and satisfied. An experience to be repeated without a doubt. Five full stars. Highly recommended for those from Acireale and surrounding areas!

Beautiful location, elegant and very welcoming. We booked a table on Friday evening early, we took some poke, some sushi rolls and two really delicious desserts (I recommend trying the brownies, it has a really tempting hot-cold contrast) The staff was kind and helpful with our every request. The service was fast and the price was adequate for what we ordered.

Consigliato da un caro amico, ho deciso di portare la mia famiglia in questa ristorante Cosa dire di "CHEVERE Sushi"? Una grande esplosione di colori e gusti proposti nel contesto di una: - Sala ricevimenti non grandissima ma accogliente e di buon impatto visivo. - Presentazione del tavolo ben fatta, eleganza nei particolari di rifinitura. - Un menù ben strutturato in termini di presentazione nel formato digitale scaricabile con QR code, portate ben descritte in termini di quantità e composizione, nella pratica confermati per qualità e gusto dei prodotti ordinati. - Vini e birre artigianali all’altezza di ogni situazione, serviti da un personale veramente molto preparato nel saper descrivere e proporre le portate, gentile, disponibile ed attento ad ogni necessità del cliente. Preciso di aver provato ottimi Sushi Rolls, il piatto che mi ha fatto veramente impazzire è stato il “WAGYU BUTTER CREAM” in cui la carne di Wagyū viene esaltata per dare la massima soddisfazione alle papille gustative. Suggerisco vivamente la visita di questa valida struttura per pranzare / cenare in armonia con sapori che solo loro sanno proporre. Tornerò sicuramente a provare le meraviglie che lo Chef ci proporrà, spero anche un buon Gunkan! Solo qualche piccolo suggerimento! Dato che il ristorante fa anche da Take Away, proporrei di inserire delle foto di presentazione globali per le diverse tipologie di BOX, per dare subito l’idea del contenuto a chi si trova ad ordinare presso di voi. Ovviamente poi i dettagli per ogni tipologia inserita li troveranno descritti all’interno del menù. Consiglio di inserire le foto anche per le diverse tipologie di California ROLLS.

Cibo ottimo ..qualità prezzo onesta e lo staff molto gentile. Abbiamo provato sostanzialmente tutto compreso il sushi dolce. Consiglio vivamente a tutti l’esperienza.. Da rifare!
