One of the best sushi restaurants in the province: excellent food, excellent atmosphere, excellent everything. Sometimes you have to wait a bit too long between courses, but the taste and quality are worth it.

Excellent! The best sushi I've ever eaten. I've been a customer for a long time, and since I discovered Chevere, I haven't been able to eat sushi anywhere else. First-rate quality, friendly and professional staff, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

For a Sushi dinner, far from the standards of any AYCE, the choice always falls on Chevere. Neat and elegant environment, kind staff who knew how to recommend the courses very well. Excellent value for money.

22/12/2025: The place is truly unique, but I have to admit that the occasional hope of seeing an ant crawling on my chair doesn't make me jump for joy. The food is good, although the ghioza were not very flavorful and the ramen was a bit too sweet. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially the very helpful staff.
22/12/2025: The food was very good and the service impeccable. I found the atmosphere calm and welcoming. I would gladly return, but I have two small things to say: 1. I sat near the rock wall, and there were ants. 2. I ordered the ramen, and it was a little sweet.
