Ordering system is not clear for most customers. Food & coffee ordered were okay. Managed to fight our way through the crush & get a table. Beware the bathroom attendant who tries to charge you Euro 1 to use the facilities - when there is a sign clearly stating that Chef Express customers can use them for free! After heated discussion & me pointing out the sign, I finally showed her my receipt. She wasn't going to give up without a fight & neither was I! She did give in but wasn't happy.
