At the moment Chef Express is undergoing some work, there are containers and bathrooms but there is no shower. You can take a shower at the petrol station but you have to hurry because otherwise they run out of hot water.

Although the choice of food is very good, the snack bar is very crowded when a coach load turn up making walking to the toilets an adventure from the entrance.as the congregate at the bar and free standing tables where, to be honest should have more room. As a truck driver the showers are really good, but unfortunately the Neanderthals have started to break them all ready, makes you wonder how these people live at home. Over all 7/10

22/07/2025: I just had lunch at this bar, with an excellent cappuccino and an erbazzone. The welcome was warm and friendly. The place was very clean. The waiters were knowledgeable and very willing to accommodate the customer's needs. Being in front of the hospital, frequent visitors are having a difficult time. Being greeted with a smile makes all the difference. Thank you.
10/06/2025: We ended up here by chance after a visit because it is right in front of the hospital, excellent lunch break at the tables outside in the shade of the trees, excellent food, fast service and everyone extremely friendly, they even offered us coffee even though we were not customers. We will return next time. For me 5 stars
