The owners are attentive to their customers, and the staff is professional. The suggestions: I chose two main courses as tastings:

A modern and welcoming restaurant, excellent service, attentive and competent. We were offered a menu with a selection of different steaks, carefully explained the strengths of each type by the owner, who is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his work. The cured meats and steak appetizer were very good. Everything was cooked to perfection. A very pleasant dinner, the only drawback being the moderately high price, but then again, quality comes at a price. Recommended for meat lovers.

If you want good meat, you have to go at least once. Five of us had six appetizers. They have special things made with the fifth quarter, one better than the other, as well as appetizers for everyone, like crostini or cold cuts.
And then the meat.
If there are at least three of you, I recommend getting two nice steaks so you can experience the different flavors and textures of each.
We had two 1.3-kilo steaks, and then, to satisfy your cravings, a nice elephant ear (the Milanese one!!!)—all excellent.
A nice bottle of wine, then dessert and coffee...
It cost 70 euros, but it's all worth it.
Marco explains the meats very well, and he recommends them based on your personal taste.
