impeccable welcome and staff, our table was late as it was occupied by people late in the previous shift; they offered us an aperitif with a platter of cheeses and cured meats and bitters at the end for the time we waited; I absolutely recommend the place. Magnificent owner

Optimal! I wanted to continue eating everything. The pumpkin and sausage gnocchi are delicious, and the pappardelle with wild boar ragout is unbeatable, perfect! The meat is wonderful, a quality cut. Very kind and attentive service. Absolutely recommended.

My favorite place. Dario the owner is an inimitable character, always cheerful and smiling, ready to make anyone smile. Wonderful staff and highly trained chef, excellent dishes, from appetizers to dessert!!!

Che Bolle in Pentola è un’osteria toscana accogliente, anche se un po’ rumorosa. L’antipasto misto è spettacolare e abbondante, e i porcini fritti sono tenerissimi. Unica nota meno entusiasmante, il cacciucco, che d’altronde non è toscano. Prezzi onesti per la qualità offerta. Il personale è impeccabile: i camerieri sono gentili, attenti e preparati, rendendo l’esperienza molto piacevole. Tuttavia, ogni tanto fa capolino il titolare, il cui atteggiamento sopra le righe stona un po’ rispetto alla professionalità del resto del servizio.
