Dario, the owner and chef, is hot-tempered and egocentric, but always attentive to his guests. He provided us with some fun, sometimes over-the-top moments (which made us feel good). He's a direct and frank person, perhaps not for everyone, but his dishes somehow fit in with his restaurant and his way of doing things, setting the evening just right: convivial and rustic. The wine list was perfect in terms of both quality and quantity. My only small complaint is the size of the place in relation to the number of tables: despite the sound-absorbing panels, the noise level remains so high that it sometimes makes conversation difficult, but then again, you come here to eat and make a racket, not to discuss the big picture. I'll definitely be back. A great find. Recommended.

The food is good, but you can't put one thing on the menu and then bring a dish that's different from what's listed. If you tell me about Maremma ragù, you can't bring me a dish that has mushrooms in the sauce, first because you don't know if I like it, and second because you'll then justify it by saying it was a Bolognese ragù...

Spurred by curiosity based on some reviews I saw online, I booked a table at this restaurant. The location was very relaxing, and the service was more than friendly. I had a mixed Tuscan appetizer, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and a truly remarkable pappardella with white Chianina beef ragù. For my second course, I had Chianina beef carpaccio with pecorino cheese sauce, which, to be honest, I wasn't particularly fond of. The menu is very interesting, and it's definitely worth returning to try other specialties! I should emphasize that the staff is truly kind and friendly!

An excellent experience even if there were some small errors in the dishes, for example the caciucco was a bit tasteless and with little "meat" let's say... but the staff was kind and the place especially the outside was very nice
