The place isn't too big, but it's well-designed. The burgers are great, and the service is always very precise and attentive. Recommended for a nice evening.

Delicious food, interesting waiters. When you visit, ask to explore the inside and upstairs. It's absolutely beautiful for an old castle.

We visited Château Bistrot in Lizzano and had a truly excellent experience. The ambiance is meticulously designed, elegant yet welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The cuisine is astonishing in its quality and creativity: dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly paired with the dishes. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful, making guests feel pampered from start to finish. A place that combines taste, atmosphere, and professionalism: highly recommended!

This is what's left of a "Strong Plus" burger. Living abroad and traveling everywhere for work, I've eaten many good burgers, but nothing has ever come close to this one. A+.

We stopped by for an aperitif, the owner was unhelpful, and the food was absolutely nothing, so it's not recommended for an aperitif. Then we ordered a portion of potato croquettes, and they were good, but I recommend them for dinner.

I was there last night during the wine festival tour. Despite the crowds, the service was impeccable, fast, and attentive to our requests. We had four hamburgers, excellent quality meat, and the pinsa my daughter had was also delicious. We paid about €17 per person, including drinks and service charge, so it was worth it. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Nice place, with the option of outdoor dining, decent burger. I went there on a Friday because there was live music. Worth a try.

Update 2025: I'm sorry to see that the quality has declined significantly in recent years; there are no longer any starters, only a few main courses, and very few desserts. The place is still very nice, but the prices aren't cheap. I don't know, you go there because there are no quality alternatives, but it's no longer special. . . . A very nice place in the historic center of Lizzano, closed to traffic in the summer, perfect for families with small children because you can sit and, while waiting, let the kids play on their bikes in the adjacent street or square, which are closed to traffic (or almost). . Excellent food, high-quality, and with a variety of choices for all tastes. From fried delicacies to raw meat, then hamburgers, or pinsa, or a delicious spaghetti dish with Taranto mussels, or a nice tuna steak. . We had the chance to try the entire menu; it wasn't cheap, but everything was excellent. We'll see you again next year!
