Small place but high quality.
Service suitable for the place, friendly and always available.
Changing the menu every 3 months seems like a good solution to me, with excellent quality dishes.
Cost not low but inherent to the level of the venue.

Stumbled upon this little place by chance 😍 very nice, welcoming, clean and above all with excellent service from the owner. Not everyone opens the door when you arrive and takes an interest in your customers. This is my first review and I'm giving it to you because you really deserve it.
Fabulous sweet dishes as well.

Looking for a restaurant on a hot day at the end of July, we come across Chapeau in Vimercate. The environment is very well looked after and definitely has its own identity; we like it. Valentino, one of the owners, welcomed us impeccably, accompanying us on this Experience which turned out to be decidedly valid and tasty. To summarize, a welcoming and warm environment, tasty food cooked with passion, a touch of innovation that never bores and precise and punctual service. Recommended.

Last Saturday evening I had dinner with my family at Chapeau, a truly unique restaurant that definitely deserves a special mention.
I would define the restaurant as a little jewel in Vimercate that I recommend to anyone looking for a truly special gastronomic experience.
