The atmosphere was very intimate, which is not a given. And then there's the flavors of the dishes. I can't even begin to get into it. Each dish truly brought out the best in each ingredient. I've been thinking about it again, so let's talk about it. The mushroom risotto is one of the best I've ever had in my life; you could really taste the fresh and delicious mushrooms. And then I have to mention the vitello tonnato with its amazing sauce. An emulsion of delicate yet intense flavors. It was like a journey through the emotions, believe me. Highly recommended, my compliments to the chef. I'll definitely be back.
