Cozy hotel with a beautiful view.

The location of the facility is right on the slope with a beautiful view of the mountains. I didn't use the hotel, I wanted to order drinks and eat something because I had read reviews about good meals. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like doing anything. While waiting for my spouse to eat, I wanted to order a bombardino, but they refused to sell it to me because the bar was temporarily closed. The chalet catered to a group of young people. However, after the next guests arrived, other customers were served twice. I asked the serving lady if she was serving drinks to others, I would ask for a bombardino. Unfortunately, she refused to take the order because the bar was closed. To be honest, I didn't expect such rude service and I was disappointed. After my husband arrived, I told him about the situation and we didn't order anything. Apparently they don't need any guests in this place, maybe they will support themselves from their own orders. In general, the lady serving us behaved in a similar way to other guests who, after refusing to accept their drink orders, left with disgust and comments about the service. What shocked me even more was that the waitress, after bringing the group of guests food and drinks, even forced them to move to another place indicated by her, even though there were many free seats and the guests were already sitting in their seats. It was the first time in my life that I experienced such unpleasant service, although I'm not a teenager and I've already been to a few different pubs. Previously, I was seriously considering choosing this hotel for a week's stay in the mountains, but I guess providence was on my side and I booked another hotel where they are clearly happy with their guests and welcome them with a smile. Generally, I do not recommend the restaurant due to the service and the prices, which I also think are excessive (as I wrote, I was planning to eat and drink something, so I looked at the menu). Maybe it's worth avoiding such a place and giving money to other places that are waiting for guests?

We spent a week in this hotel and have only positive memories from our stay. The food was delicious and the interior was very pleasant and well-kept. The views were breathtaking and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. Both the owners and the staff are extremely nice and always willing to help. 🙂 We definitely recommend this place!

Unforgettable family stay! An incredible welcome with hosts of infinite kindness 😍Julia and Marino as well as the whole team took great care of us every day.! Chalet in the heart of the mountains and at the top of the slopes with a magnificent and warm decoration 🥰 Excellent and refined meals with a taste of Piedmont. Our waitresses Éléonora and Maria-Victoria are top notch: smiling, available and competent! Renata the fairy of our rooms arranged with taste and made every day with love.😍 And what’s more, jacuzzi spa, magical massages… One not to be missed! We feel like home 😊 Thank you so much!!! We had the most amazing evening at the hotel’s restaurant. Friendliest hosts and the most delicious food in the loviest decor. Definitely recommend this gorgeous chalet on top of a mountain. We’ll be back for sure ! 5 stars
