12/12/2024: On Wednesday evening I had the opportunity to dine at La Serra, a well-kept and welcoming place. The evening included a dinner with fried food and pizza, but unfortunately the experience was not entirely satisfactory. The frying was normal, but nothing exceptional, while the pizza was really disappointing, so much so that I found it almost inedible. An aspect that deserves attention is the acoustics of the room: practically absent, with a noise level that was too high which made it difficult to even converse. The animation was another sore point. The first part of the evening included karaoke that seemed more suitable for a Unity party, with decidedly grotesque musical choices and interpretations. Next up was Latin American animation, which despite being a little more enjoyable, was still very commercial and far from a truly engaging entertainment experience. As for the dress code, there doesn't seem to be a well-defined rule. There is a certain lack of homogeneity among the customers, with some dressed elegantly and others showing up in casual clothing and sneakers, a little too informal for a place of this type. In general, there is ample room for improvement, especially regarding the quality of the pizza, the entertainment and the music selection. I hope they can review these aspects to offer a more pleasant experience consistent with expectations.
