Many special features come together here. The location is unique and offers a fantastic view. Next comes the architecture. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, and this continues throughout the interior. Wood and stone are everywhere, beautifully crafted, and beautifully lit at night.
The attention to detail is a unique selling point, and I haven't encountered anything like it anywhere else. Everything is in perfect condition, the staff were always friendly, and the food was delicious. A wonderful stay that we will fondly remember for a long time.

Anyone who knows it goes back again and again. And not just because of Helga's excellent strudel. We used to come back here as children. It makes my heart beat faster; it's where I want to be.
Whenever you're there, you know you're in a wonderful place and can enjoy amazing food. The menu is full of food, full of food. THANK YOU

We were guests at Chalet Gerard for a dinner and we spent a wonderful evening.
The place is refined, the staff very welcoming and kind and the menu offers a wide choice.
The food is all delicious and presented with care.

Un grupo de 10 de nosotros tuvimos una muy buena cena en Chalet Gerard. La comida era deliciosa, llena de sabor, y disfrutada por todos. El personal era atento y amable, asegurando que teníamos todo lo necesario.
La falta de ambiente en el restaurante fue un poco decepcionante.
Además, dado que está a 15 minutos en coche de Val Gardena, se requiere un taxi, lo que se suma a la experiencia gastronómica, que ya es costosa, algo a tener en cuenta al presupuestar la noche.
Dicho esto, la calidad de la comida y el servicio lo hizo una experiencia que vale la pena, y todos tuvimos una gran comida.

Situado en la parte superior de un frío con vistas a Dolimitis, este chalet es único en su ubicación, configuración y comida segura. Excelente servicio al cliente y plena atención a los detalles, hacen un esfuerzo adicional para garantizar una experiencia de huésped de alta calidad, bien hecho al equipo y el liderazgo que definitivamente están manteniendo la reputación de este lugar, importante tener en cuenta que el chalet fue fundado desde 1966. Nos encantó y disfrutamos de la comida, es importante tener en cuenta que estaba muy bien impresionado frente a la calidad y lo que tienen para ofrecer. Muy recomendable
