Chalet del Pincio In Civitavecchia

08/09/2025: A classic restaurant in the heart of Trastevere. Reservations are available, which in itself is a plus for me, as it avoids the long line outside. The restaurant's specialty is handmade pasta, rolled out right inside the restaurant. The quality is excellent, and the portions are generous. The service was very efficient and friendly; despite the large number of customers, the waiters made you feel pampered. The restaurant is very well-maintained and not too large. The only downside is that the tables are practically packed together to accommodate as many people as possible. The prices are in line with the area. I definitely recommend it and will be back to try other dishes.

07/09/2025: I've seen very good reviews about the quality of the food, but as a Spaniard, it reminds me of the Tagliatella chain, a "fake Italian." The quality of the food isn't very good; the pasta was very, very tough and too thick for my taste. Although the pasta is quite cheap, the prices of other dishes, such as meat dishes, are quite high.
