We celebrated Irene's first birthday in a truly enchanting location, surrounded by greenery. Despite the summer heat, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, so much so that it was difficult to say goodbye to the guests, a sign that everyone was enjoying themselves. The buffet was perfectly tailored to the number of guests; in fact, it was plentiful. Filippo's suggestion to bring out a first course, given the late afternoon time chosen, was also excellent, slightly different from the one in the package: a solution greatly appreciated by everyone. The children's entertainment was fantastic: it engaged and entertained them throughout the party, but also managed to entertain the older ones, with moments that captured the adults' attention. A true success for all ages! Special thanks go to Fernando, who carefully oversaw every detail of the room and carefully responded to the guests' needs. The displays were also very beautiful, although there were a few small flaws in the attention to detail: the writing tended to peel off the panel, and the number 1, rather than being held down with a weight, was attached with tape and came off easily. Nothing, however, that detracted from the excellent overall impression. The organization was impeccable, especially thanks to the quick and efficient communication with Filippo via WhatsApp, who was always available and ready to find solutions.

I celebrated my "first 70 years" at the wellness chalet, I was extremely satisfied with the service produced by all the staff, the staff was very attentive, courteous, and helpful, the quality of service was exceptional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive and high quality experience.

We organized the party for our daughter's first birthday at Chalet del Benessere. The structure is nice and the staff present was really helpful, kind and precise. They followed my instructions, chose the colors of the balloons well and the entertainment for the children was really good at entertaining such small children (9-12 months on average) However, the quality-price ratio was not satisfactory for a rather simple buffet. There are possibilities to increase the quantity of the food present with additions but in any case what was proposed with the price of the agreed package has a low quality, with the exception of all the desserts (including the cake) which were good. As for the set-up, every little addition had a really high extra cost (e.g. €20 for a single large balloon, €50 for simple balloons on the ground, making it difficult to organize a truly personalized party without exceeding very high figures. In general, a successful party thanks to the staff, but with an overall cost not proportionate to the services offered. A better balance between prices and quality would make this location much more competitive.

Surprise party for 40 years After much research I chose this place because they offer various party packages, customizable according to needs. I managed the reservation and the entire organization quite quickly on wa. It is a nice place, easily reachable from all points of Rome, since it is close to the GRA, with a large public parking available for guests. Overall we spent a pleasant evening (19:30-23:30), considering the very hot day in June, this thanks to the possibility of using the very large roof garden (inside the wooden structure it was a bit hot). The buffet (food and drinks) of reasonable quality was refilled when needed by the staff (kind and helpful) who were available for the entire duration of the event. The entertainment for children was excellent, which was able to entertain them throughout the evening. In conclusion I must say that based on the experience I had I would choose it again, perhaps eliminating some additions (inserted by me) that increased the price but with an overall quality, in my opinion, not entirely adequate to the price itself. Finally, a piece of advice for the facility: the Wellness chalet and more specifically the roof garden have great potential that in my opinion is not being exploited to its full potential. It is the details that make the difference, and better care of the outdoor spaces, furnishings, but also simply slightly increasing the quality of the buffet, would make it a 5-star place. I am updating the review in response to the chalet: Let me explain: improving the quality of the buffet does not mean having something of a higher level but something of better quality: - hot amatriciana pasta: even if you want to keep a limited quantity of pasta, the same cannot be done for the sauce. Given that the amatriciana is made with peeled tomatoes, bacon and pecorino, only the luckiest found a few pieces of "pancetta" on their plate while the pecorino did not arrive. Result: pasta with tomato sauce. - unlimited beer option: the idea was to give guests an alternative to drink, but instead of the 66 cl Peroni I would have expected 33 cl bottles. - unlimited grappa and bitters option: I would have expected a greater selection than the 3 bottles brought out at the end of the evening. - drinks in general: I would not have used sub-brands. - unlimited coffee: the option is fine for a minimum of 35 people, but at one euro each I probably wouldn't serve it in plastic cups. In conclusion, compared to the price paid, the whole thing seems a bit cheap.

Very nice and elegant place for top birthday parties! Complete party package and you are worry-free and the kids have fun with super nice amination provided.

I celebrated my son's Communion in this beautiful location! Everything was perfect: the setup, the buffet, the infinite kindness and total availability of the staff, attentive to every detail and always ready to intervene promptly and cordially if asked. Large and well-kept garden, perfect for adults and children! The interior of the large and well-organized structure... themed decorations... music, food at will of excellent quality!! I couldn't expect more than this!!! Highly recommended location!

Yesterday we celebrated my son's communion, everything was perfect, welcoming place, excellent and abundant buffet, the staff always present and very kind. Highly recommended!!!

We celebrated my daughter's first birthday on Saturday afternoon. The organization was excellent, we arrived and the tables were decorated with silver tablecloths and candles and silver leaves were placed on them, the buffet was already ready. We took the roof garden option, it was beautiful, we enjoyed the huge garden and also the internal area. The buffet and cake were superb. We also took the porchetta option which was the one from Ariccia, truly excellent. The staff who were there to manage the timing and service were super friendly and helpful. Truly an excellent structure and organization...completions!
