Chalet Clot Bourget In Sauze d'oulx

Thank you for an excellent stay! Our group of 11 friends and family stayed for one week and all had a brilliant holiday. Highly recommend! Nicolo and team ensured we were fully looked after. The chalet has about 10 rooms, all very similar, comfortable and clean. There’s a good sized boot and ski room that’s lockable, great sun-soaked terrace for an Apres ski drink, good sized restaurant serving authentic local food (including great pizzas) and a hearty continental breakfast. Good value for money. Ideally located by the home-run piste, it couldn’t be more ski-in, ski-out! A highlight was a surprise trip to their partnering restaurant on the slopes, via skidoo, for one of our evening dinners.

We ate very well, the dishes were tasty and carefully prepared. Furthermore, the owner is really friendly and made us feel at home right away. It was an excellent experience that I recommend to everyone!

We have just finished a perfect week of skiing with Chalet del Sole as our base, and I couldn’t fault it as somewhere to stay. Definitely a special place. It’s a really beautiful spot on the slope where everything was taken care of so well by the team there and we had a lot of fun getting to know them. The atmosphere and food were both excellent the whole week too. I loved that the chalet has lots of different areas (dining, bar, quiet lounge, sunny terrace…) and so even just chilling there between plans was great. You could ski right out of the door or walk down to the town, no problem. The worst part was leaving! Seriously, 10/10, and I will be looking to stay again in the future!

We went for dinner. The service was quick, the portions were excellent and plentiful. Prices were reasonable. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet des Sole. Sure, the rooms are a bit cramped and the shower has little pressure, but that's about all I can complain about. The food is excellent, the price-quality ratio is excellent, and the location is right on the slopes, so it's ski-in, ski-out. And the best part is the service; what hospitality and lovely people. Highly recommended!

Had lunch during the week with friends and kids. Excellent food, but slightly small portions. Highly recommended, especially for those who want to go with kids for the day, take them down the bobsleigh run opposite and then have lunch with them! It's best to book in advance to be safe.

We spent 4 fabulous days! Very helpful staff, impeccable service, delicious food! We'll be back in the summer to enjoy the landscape, even in its lush greenery! Highly recommended!

Chalet del Sole, it's no coincidence that it bears this name. Located in a strategic location, it offers panoramic mountain views, illuminated in the morning by the first rays of the sun and at night by the moon, making it a magical and unique place. Here, you can sample traditional cuisine in a restaurant with a view, where you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a staff trained to meet your every need. A must-try!
