5 stars deserved! Friendly staff and excellent food! We tried the colored spritz and they were excellent! The baita dish (sausage, melted cheese and mushrooms) was very good and the pizza with licorice was exceptional! Congratulations indeed!

Chalet Fogher, congratulations to all the staff! Kind, fast, welcoming! Great respect for food and customers shines through in everything! We found exquisite dishes, delicious high-level pizza. The asparagus risotto is creamy, enveloping, to be recommended. Tagliatelle with wild garlic pesto is an original, delicate dish. My favorite remains the hut dish; I find it complete (for decidedly classic tastes) in flavor and composition. The berry tart deserves all the attention. The only regret is that once the holiday was over we were not able to taste all the offerings. The digital menu allowed me to study before arriving at the restaurant what was best suited to our tastes, so that we were satisfied. We appreciated that at the beginning, without a reservation, they found the possibility to let us have dinner. Thank you! Good prices, fresh, quality ingredients! Nice, nice, traditional but not heavy environment, windows smiling towards the greenery.

Enchanting place, away from crowded places and with a lot of traffic, from here you can proceed to upper Carnia Pesariis, the town of clocks and Sauris for its ham, normal prices, very friendly and good-natured staff, recommended, pizzas only from 6.30pm onwards, from aperitifs with many types made by them as well as the usual spritzes, appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts and coffee with various liqueurs or grappas, it deserves even more than 5 to try ⭐

I had a very good time in this restaurant, we booked a few hours in advance and they managed to find us a table even though there were seven of us. The service was excellent, everyone was very kind and cheerful. I ordered snails as a starter and venison as a main course, I am very happy with my choice. I will gladly return!

If you are looking for a pizzeria where the service is as spectacular as the pizza, the chalet al fogher is the right place. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a sincere smile by the waiter Luca, a true champion of hospitality. With a natural kindness and contagious energy, he recommended the house specialties with great passion, without ever seeming invasive. Highly recommended.
