On the advice of a friend we came for lunch yesterday and we started with 2 very good pappardelle with venison ragù, and continued with giant Bergamo sheep cutlets and beef cheek. All the dishes are well presented and of the right quantity, we will definitely be back to taste something else.

Elegante ristorante con splendida vista sulla Val di Scalve situato appena oltre il Passo della Presolana. Il locale gode di ottima fama assolutamente meritata. La proprietaria è una signora molto affabile e cortese che si occupa personalmente di prendere le ordinazioni.
Noi abbiamo assaggiato i Casoncelli alla Bergamasca ed i Tortelli valtellinesi. Entrambi buonissimi ed abbondanti. Come secondo Vitello Tonnato e tortino con prosciutto di Parma. Le porzioni sono generose e presentate con garbo. Prima di iniziare il pasto ci è stata servita un' entrée di benvenuto e a fine pasto, non avendo ordinato il dolce, ci hanno comunque servito dei cannoncini alla crema in accompagnamento al nostro caffè.
Complimenti a tutti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo cenato in questo splendido ristorante. Il cibo ottimo dall'altipasto al secondo. Prima volta che mangiavo la pecora e sono rimasto sbalordito. Complimenti alla signora che penso sia la proprietaria. Molto cordiale e socievole.

We stopped today for lunch having heard good things about this restaurant and expectations were actually exceeded.
Elegant place but with a very familiar approach from the staff and owner.
The dishes were truly exceptional both in presentation and flavor.
Overall, it was a great experience that we will certainly repeat very soon.
Another thing that contributed to making this experience beautiful, the view is the panorama of the Scalve Valley that presents itself when you are sitting at the table, it seems like you are really at high altitude eating.
Finally, a super positive experience is that I frequent many restaurants, also for the work I do, the photographer for hotels and restaurants.
If you are in the Passo della Presolana area, Da Cesira you must stop, it is advisable to book in advance, given the flow of people who were there for lunch today.
