Ate ORIGINAL pasta with sardines (like in Sicily) after the launch. Well done, it's delicious!!! We also had the fried fish and the tiramisu, all good. Super helpful staff and honest prices. If in Vercelli, we will definitely return. Thank you

03/12/2024: Excellent experience in a very good and traditional restaurant... Choice of typical dishes including Panissa... stewed snails and fried frogs... etc. etc... excellent value for money
29/11/2024: Typical trattoria in the heart of the Piedmont rice-growing area. Excellent food, very attentive service. I've been happy to eat typical dishes in the area for about 20 years. The trout and marinated eggs are unbeatable. Not to be missed.

06/01/2025: I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps while looking for a place to have dinner. I must say that the environment is very welcoming. We ordered drinks and food; the first cocktail for my boyfriend was unbalanced, with more water than anything else. However, the staff quickly noticed this and promptly replaced the drink. However the wine for me, very good.. However, I expected more from the dish I chose.
01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)
