Very nice and clean place. They were very helpful in solving the temperature problem by turning down the heating. The service was very fast and the dishes were presented very well. There is a lot of choice between sushi and Japanese cuisine. The Sushi is good but I missed a bit of taste, that something that makes me say "this is really good, I would go back just to be able to taste it another time". The flavor is pleasant but, for my taste, very uniform even if the ingredients change.

Excellent cuisine... I didn't like the service 100%... On the other hand, the environment and quality of the food compensate for the small gaps in the service.

The restaurant is always busy, both at lunch and dinner, as the sushi is of good quality and the service is usually very quick. You can only order a certain number of dishes at a time using a tablet, and then you have to wait 20 minutes for the next order. For some it may be annoying, but personally I find that it helps me to order only what I intend to eat. Often, in all-you-can-eat restaurants, I get caught up in the enthusiasm and order a million courses at the beginning of the meal, then I find myself looking in terror at the plates that are piled up endlessly on the table, and I realize too late that having ordered enough food to feed a light infantry regiment for a week.

The environment is super nice and the staff is really very kind. The food is delicious, but the starters are decidedly not very tasty. It could be close to perfection if they just skipped the rice.

01/08/2024: Pleasant place in terms of aesthetics and well-managed spaces. Very uncomfortable chairs. Food average for places of this type, prices slightly above (and even in the evening some courses require a surcharge compared to the buffet menu). Some dishes that you usually find are missing (for example soups, skewers, some types of ravioli, rolls). The sushi courses are unfortunately characterized by an excess of sauces and condiments that do not let the fish stand out. The "kitchen" dishes, on the other hand, are discreet, but lightly seasoned and a little anonymous. Rough, slow and awkward service. Furthermore, the dishes arrive in random order and even after a long time from the order. The ordering system via smartphone is convenient and effective.
