A small restaurant, rotisserie, and pizzeria, mostly for takeout, but also offering tables and dining areas. Despite its rustic appearance, the quality is absolutely top-notch; you won't be disappointed.

What can I say! The chicken is top-notch! I think it's the best chicken I've eaten in Palermo! The baked potatoes are delicious and plentiful! Highly recommended!

No I could speak badly it is a well-known restaurant in Palermo Less salt in the baked potatoes and less soft they would be more pleasant After all you pay 15 euros for half a chicken You can 😃

Quando il pollo è magnifico,la pizza superlativa e il servizio efficiente e conviviale cosa vuoi di più. Ci vengo spesso e , anche se non sono abbiente, lascio sempre 10 euro di mancia perché i camerieri sono meravigliosi!! Patricola Roberto

Scolapasta

08/07/2025: we tried to find scolapasta and ended up eating at Antica Focacceria San Francesco, as the board labelled scolapasta was in the seating area of the later restaurant. we are unsure if they share a seating area and we went to the wrong section, or if they’re the same restaurant. the food we ended up with was dry and lacking in flavour however we are unsure if this is technically the food of scolapasta or not.
05/07/2025: We had a very cozy and super tasty dinner here. The service was great — friendly and fast. The pasta was fresh, really flavorful, and the portion size was very generous. We also had the homemade tiramisu, which was absolutely delicious. The Sauvignon wine we had was also excellent and paired perfectly with the meal. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area!

28/07/2025: Amazing pizza- the best so far in Palermo that we’ve had- loved the variety of different styles of pizza to have! Our server, Pietro, was fantastic and happy to help. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area!!
28/07/2025: Amazing experience. Best pizza in whole Sicily. I suggest crema de funghi and also the one with nduja (quadri) where the crust is also filled with cheese and ham. We came here 3 times in 5 days stay in Palermo. Definetely a must visit. Note: The pizzas are quite big, if you are not fully hungry then you wont be able to finish 1 pizza on your own.
