The mozzarella we ordered was spectacular, and next time we'll order buffalo meat, which we've never eaten before. I'm curious to know what it's like because I imagine it to be soft and juicy.

Excellent buffalo mozzarella in various sizes.
Their ovoline are amazing!
Their tiella, both with octopus and vegetables, is also truly excellent.
The prices per kilo are a little high, but everything is top-notch! Very convenient along the Pontina; you can even eat right there.

Locale sulla Pontina vicino bivio per Sabaudia. Bar-tabaccheria offre la possibilità di fare uno spuntino con ampia scelta di formaggi, salumi ed antipasti preparati da loro. Prezzi più che accettabili.

Excellent gastronomy with quality products, such as cured meats, buffalo mozzarella from the Pontine Marshes, wines, and many other gastronomic preparations. There are tables outside where you can eat the products you buy. The prices are high but in line with the quality of the products. It's a shame that there is often too much of a queue, and the closing time at 6 pm on weekends is inconvenient when returning from the beach

Gastronomy - hot food near the Circeo National Park. It is a counter with many local and national products. We tried both cold cuts and cheeses and ready meals and buffalo mozzarella. Excellent perceived quality in everything. Prices in line with the product consumed. There is the possibility of eating on site using tables with placemats and plastic cutlery. Very strategic for a quick but tasty stop.
Update: after a few months the quality is still excellent
