From the first moment, I felt welcomed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for an evening in the company of friends or family. The real strong point of this restaurant is its cuisine. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. I had the opportunity to taste the pizzas, some of their appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts and each course was a delight for the palate.

I've been there twice: one night we had meat, the other pizza. I'm mentioning the pizza night first because if you have celiac disease, it's absolutely worth it. It's the BEST gluten-free pizza in Varese. Perfectly cooked, affordable, and delicious. A truly outstanding pizza. On the meat night, everything was delicious. The only downside was that the lamb ribs were served on a cast iron grill that practically fried on the table for 5 minutes. Nothing wrong with that, except that it went everywhere, including clothes. I think it's important to point that out. Highly recommended for both locals and tourists, but be careful, parking is limited. :)

And if you sit outside, in the right light, it's as if dinner begins before you even read the menu. And the menu... It's not a mass sung by gastro-ghettos, but a well-conceived symphony, where tradition meets inventiveness. Fish? Very fresh. Meat? Serious stuff. Chianina, Gallega, Sashi: cuts lovingly selected by those who know that a rib-eye steak can move you more than a sunset. Pizza? Yes, and not just any pizza: crispy where it's needed, soft where it should be. Desserts? Andrea thought of that too: a pastry corner. Because happiness should be served down to the last teaspoon. And then there's the service. The staff doesn't play a role: they welcome you as if you were a friendly relative (those rare ones). Genuine smiles, the right amount of attention, without being overbearing. You feel important, but never observed. A well-choreographed dance that leaves room for your experience. It's a place that cares, without imposing. A place to bring those you love, but also a place to treat yourself to an evening with yourself, if you want to reconnect with the world after a hard day. Andrea Carcano didn't just set up a restaurant. He created a balance between flavor, warmth, and vision. He bet on quality, even when it would have been easier to settle. And you can taste it, from the first bite to the last toast.

July, weekdays, searching for a place to escape the city heat. Found it! And finally, a fried dish where the shrimp are already peeled and the prawns are cut so they can be easily opened with a fork, hands-free. Generous portions.

Ambiente pulito e curato . Personale gentile e disponibile. Ampia scelta nel menù e nei piatti del giorno. Ottima anche la pizza !!! Qualità alta sia nei cibi che nel vino . Consiglio
