It was the location of the Samar festival, a cultural event that also saw the creation of three murals by international artists. In Saracinesco there is also the Museum of Time. Seven different stations that represent the main instruments of measuring time used in the past. In addition, I had been told about the Baita, a characteristic restaurant in the mountains. So I had the idea of ​​organizing a trip and eating in this place. The occasion was a birthday. The restaurant is a real hut. The name is not chosen by chance. The exterior is dominated by nature. The interior of the stone and wood hut is characterized by several well-furnished rooms. On the walls are trinkets, hats and trophies. Hanging animal horns. Paintings, little paintings. The food is delicious. Snack from the hut, fried eggplant meatballs, pappardelle with wild boar, an excellent sliced ​​​​scottona and sautéed chicory!
