Nice, youthful and attentive service

Clean and welcoming environment, very kind staff, we entered in a group and had coffee cappuccinos and croissants, everything very good we were satisfied. I recommend it! Outside there is also a Dehors where you can sit in the open air. Even inside there are tables to enjoy a coffee both sitting and standing higher tables.

I was at this place recently and the experience was overall positive. The pizza was really good: the dough was soft and well-cooked, the ingredients were fresh and the flavors were well-balanced. You can clearly feel the attention to the quality of the raw materials, a detail that I really appreciated. The environment is well-kept and welcoming. However, the level of confusion was a bit too much for my taste, probably due to the high turnout. This made the atmosphere a bit less relaxing than I would have hoped. As for the prices, I found them to be good overall, considering the quality of the food. Definitely an excellent quality-price ratio. In short, I recommend this place for a tasty pizza and a pleasant environment, as long as you don't give too much importance to the confusion typical of very busy places.

I was passing through and stopped at the Al Centrale restaurant and pizzeria. It was the second time in two years and I remember that the first time I wasn't very enthusiastic about the pizza. I looked at the menu and the fettuccine alla chioggiotta gave me the impression of eating a nice plate of fettuccine with fish. I asked what the ingredients were and they told me that there was tomato, scorpion fish, cuttlefish. I asked if there were prawns and they said no, so they confirmed that it was nothing like spaghetti allo scoglio. Well, that's fine. Maybe it was a recipe invented by them with simple fish ingredients. So I opted for a Quattro stagioni. I hate writing reviews like this because it's not my habit, but I was also a little disappointed by the pizza: the mushrooms weren't sautéed, but frozen and you could tell by that particular taste that I don't like very much. The slice of ham put there somehow. The artichokes were good. I left the last quarter piece with anchovies because I was full. The dough was more schiacciata than pizza, but let's say it was good and light, even if the slice was a bit flaccid causing the ingredients that were on the tip to fall out. I don't want to give a full fail, I'll limit myself to a 6 but in my opinion there are a few things that could be improved. I will definitely go back next time I'm passing by to evaluate whether these healthy criticisms of mine could have been helpful and constructive. After all, the environment and the kindness of the staff won me over.

Very good pizza, fast and friendly service

Excellent in the center of Dosson

The pizza is really good, well made and tasty. Unfortunately, however, the sweets department is a real disappointment. We tasted the three chocolate mousse, a kind of salted caramel cream (at least that's what they told us, but there was no trace of the salted caramel), the creme brulee and the hazelnut sorbet. We didn't like any of these. Too much variety but not enough quality: it's better to focus on a few well-made desserts rather than offering an infinite number of substandard options. It's a shame, because it wouldn't take much to raise the overall level significantly.

Not to be missed if in the area!

Il locale, bello ma un po' datato, è molto ampio. Le pizze sono di tipo piuttosto basso ma in compenso sono molto leggere e ben condite. Buone le birre. Il servizio è preciso, forse un po' troppo incalzante. I prezzi delle pizze sono contenuti, qualche euro al di sotto della media.

Ci siamo fermati per pranzare in questa pizzeria non lontana da Treviso. Il cibo è stato buono, soprattutto il dolce, un tiramisù, realizzato in maniera non convenzionale col caffè caldo (buono).
