We had dinner on Shrove Tuesday, and the place was quieter than usual, so much so that we managed to get a table in the very charming and welcoming interior. The decor is completely different from the front: one elegant, with separate "islands" that feel cozy and intimate; the other more industrial, suited to a pub pizzeria. I ordered a Treviso burger and was very pleased with the meat, cheese, and grilled radicchio, all truly delicious. The licorice sgroppino was also very enjoyable. The service was good: the staff was courteous and helpful, and the price was reasonable. You might not understand why I didn't give it full marks, but I try to give five stars for exceptional situations, or I feel they ultimately lose their value. It's still a place I recommend and would gladly return to with family or friends for a quiet evening with friends.

I frequent the Centrale in Dosson and can only confirm the excellent management. The environment is extremely welcoming, clean, and characterized by a warm atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is the real added value: they are always ready, kind, and very professional. As for the food, the lunch menu is very inviting and the dishes are truly delicious, but the pizza is literally superb! Special praise and a special mention goes to the beer list: they have an exceptional and refined selection, perfect for those seeking quality even in their drinks. Highly recommended!
