I'd like to start by saying I'm a pizza lover, and in December 2025, I discovered I was celiac. For someone like me, who lived on pizza at least three times a week, it was truly a tragedy. I tried every brand available, each worse than the last. I tried several pizzerias in my area, and even there, I'd rather not talk about it. This pizzeria was recommended to me by a colleague of mine whose friend has celiac disease and who has only eaten pizza there for years. Well, I couldn't believe it—finally, a pizza worthy of the best traditional pizzerias, but with gluten-free dough. Kudos to Jenny, her dad, and her sister, who welcomed us with a smile and so much kindness. My partner ate the one with traditional dough and confirmed the extremely high quality of the pizza and its ingredients. I therefore recommend it to everyone, especially those like me who were desperate for a fundamental Italian dish. I posted this photo specifically to share my level of appreciation with you. Thanks to these people who, with no small sacrifice and who knows how many attempts, have managed to find an excellent solution for us celiacs. You are the best.

For going for the first time. I can say that the pizza is really good, it's worth going to experience the thrill of a really good pizza.

Excellent pizzeria. Extensive pizza menu, with the option of choosing between 7-grain dough (excellent!) or Neapolitan-style pizza crust (canotto) instead of the classic version. Prices are average. The wait time from ordering is very short, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

I've been frequenting this pizzeria for many years, and I can assure you that of all the gluten-free pizzas I've tried, this one is and always will be unbeatable. The dough is special, and the toppings are generous and high-quality. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and always available.

A small but cozy, well-kept restaurant. Reservations are required. The service is excellent, always ready to accommodate customer requests. Excellent quality pizza, both regular and gluten-free.
