Il Bar/Pasticceria Centova per me è il migliore di Perugia per tantissimi motivi. 1. Ha un ampio parcheggio gratuito. 2. Il locale è spazioso e si può comodamente fare colazione seduti facendosi servire senza nessun sovraprezzo. 3. Personale professionale, cortese e educato. 4. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. 5. Possibilità di consumare all’aperto nella bella stagione. 6. Caffe ottimo e disponibilità di Cappuccini preparati con qualsiasi tipo di latte. 7. Ho lasciato per ultimo il motivo principale che rende unico questo bar: la pasticceria. Il pasticcere è un fenomeno. Tutti i prodotti sono artigianali dai cornetti (farciti in tutti i modi) all’alta pasticceria. Ottima la pasta sfoglia così come la frollla. La domenica mattina il bancone è un tripudio di paste dalle grandi alle mignonette e ai babà. Una menzione a parte meritano i panettoni artigianali dai classici a quelli farciti che sono semplicemente fantastici alla metà del prezzo di quelli che si comprano a Milano dal famoso “Cova” e anche più buoni. I miei complimenti a Domenico, il proprietario, per aver realizzato tutto questo, bravissimo 👏🏼! Un ringraziamento a tutto il personale per il lavoro che svolge. Consigliatissimo.
