On the recommendation of local friends, we went to dinner at Sandro and Andrea's. The food was delicious, featuring high-quality, home-made products (cheeses, cured meats, suckling pig, etc.), and the sheer dedication they put into preparing the dinner was evident. It was wonderful to share this moment with my boyfriend and other groups of people, because, after all, life is about sharing. I highly recommend purchasing their exquisite cheeses!!! What more can I say? You just have to try this unforgettable experience!!!

I was hosted by the shepherd Andrea. Aside from the fact that I've never eaten such good and tender pork, the hospitality and flavors I experienced at this dinner will remain in my heart for a lifetime. We'll definitely be back as soon as we vacation in Sardinia again. Thank you for everything 🙏🏻

A truly typical Sardinian dinner: the food, the setting, but also the company and atmosphere. The location where the evening took place wasn't the one listed on the website, which isn't up to date, but it was specified to us via WhatsApp. Other information on the website is also out of date, such as the menu and price. I therefore recommend speaking directly with Andrea, the chef, to clarify the location, menu, and price. Andrea offered us a platter of artisanal Sardinian cured meats accompanied by olives, cheese, and grapes, to be enjoyed with Sardinian piadinas and carasau bread. Meanwhile, the porceddu (pork suckling pig) rested on the table, covered with myrtle sprigs, which Andrea served after the appetizer. It was truly delicious, perfectly roasted, the rind was crispy, and the meat was juicy and flavorful. We also had the opportunity to try Casumarzu. Red wine was served, and to finish the meal, myrtle and eau de vie. The company was wonderful, and the evening quickly took on a friendly atmosphere, offering a great opportunity to meet new people.

An experience not to be missed, an unforgettable evening, and exquisite food. Andrea and Stefano welcomed us with a traditional Sardinian dinner. Cheeses, cured meats, carasau bread, grapes, and Sardinian piadina for an appetizer, all homemade. The porceddu (pork suckling pig) served on a cork tray covered with myrtle leaves was delicious. Not to mention the wine and myrtle liqueur, both of which were produced on site. A convivial atmosphere reigned, and we felt at home. It was an excellent opportunity not only to enjoy traditional Sardinian food but also to meet wonderful people. We also had an Italian couple and an American and Moroccan couple staying with us. It was an unforgettable evening.

Authentic Sardinian dinner. Andrea welcomed us to his farm with a dinner featuring their own Sardinian cheeses and cured meats, and to top it all off, expertly prepared porceddu (roasted pork), served on a cork board and covered in myrtle leaves! Wine, myrtle, and brandy galore! Andrea is a great cook and a delightful person! We had other Italian and American guests with us, and the atmosphere created was one of conviviality and an unforgettable celebration! A unique experience! Highly recommended for a lasting memory of the true and authentic Sardinia!
