I went to eat at this restaurant with friends, recommended by some acquaintances. Very elegant and clean place, friendly and helpful staff. Fairly classic menu of the Piedmontese tradition with a really good wine list. Very refined and generous dishes. Personally, I really appreciated the courgette flowers and the agnolotti. Recommended for a quiet evening.

We stayed two nights in this hotel - restaurant. The rooms are very clean and welcoming, the breakfast is good, but the real gem is the restaurant which unfortunately we were only able to use for one evening as they were busy with a reception the next day. The restaurant is very well furnished and very welcoming, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of wines is very wide. We started with Celestino's agnolotti with roast sauce, as a second course, braised veal cheek and vegetables in butter and a slice of Coalvi Piedmontese Fassone on mixed salad and Piedmont hazelnuts. Finally, a semifreddo with salted pistachios, white chocolate and vanilla cream. Strong use of excellent quality raw materials, highlighting the products of the land, an excellent combination with the chef's cuisine. The presentation of the dishes is also excellent. Amazing quality/price ratio. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!
