I've been coming to this restaurant for about 50 years, and there must be a reason, but every time I'm pleasantly surprised by how innovative it is while maintaining Piedmontese tradition! Sorry about the photo! Too late!

I've known this restaurant for a long time. It's historic, with excellent Piedmontese cuisine. The staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are fair. I celebrated my wedding reception there, and not only my wife and I, but all our guests had a wonderful time. Recommended to everyone.

01/01/2026: We had a wonderful New Year's Eve! Thanks to all the restaurant staff, whose hard work made it possible to have a delightful evening, enlivened by an excellent DJ and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

16/02/2026: I was there for Valentine's Day, the appetizers and risotto were very good, as was the tagliata, the julienne of squid was nothing special, but the problem is that when it came to the bill, on a total of 150 euros, 10 euros for the bitters were added for a final total of 160 euros, it seems a bit like starving, also considering the fact that we didn't have an aperitif beforehand or coffee which were included, for this reason I don't think I'll go back.
04/02/2026: Federico and Nella make you feel like family ❤️. Eating and drinking...what can I say...simply spectacular
