I've known this restaurant for a long time. It's historic, with excellent Piedmontese cuisine. The staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are fair. I celebrated my wedding reception there, and not only my wife and I, but all our guests had a wonderful time. Recommended to everyone.

22/11/2025: I can't describe what I ate because there are no adjectives. But I can say that everything, from the food to the drink, was extraordinary. The risotto with goat's blue cheese... I love it. Definitely a must-try.

22/10/2025: Wonderful weekend! I learned about the hotel and its wonderful packages on social media. It was beautiful and I was so curious, but actually experiencing the experiences the wonderful staff offers is priceless!!! The comfort, cleanliness, and unique services are fantastic. I highly recommend this property for the friendliness and smiles that every member of the staff offers each guest, making them feel at home even when they're away from home!! Thank you
