To be objective, it is necessary to recognize the remarkable quality of the culinary offering and the particularly pleasant atmosphere of the location. However, regarding the service, we encountered a certain dissatisfaction due to episodes of poor courtesy and nervousness on the part of some of the room staff. Despite a delay in the delivery of our orders, we were asked on several occasions to clear the table, with attempts to remove the dishes before we had finished consuming them! We would be happy to return in the future, hoping that next time the staff will be more knowledgeable and kind!

A discovery that takes you back to the flavors of a child. (I don't give 5 stars because I haven't tasted Neapolitan pizza yet, but I will gladly go back to try it). Location: 9 located next to the Municipality of Capo d'Orlando and therefore in the center, the environment presents itself as a well-furnished open space without being excessive, indeed very minimal. Where the green of the plants, even if made of plastic, the white and wood of the tables and chairs create a warm and welcoming environment. There is no private parking but no place in the center has it. Service: 9 young, kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff ready to answer all questions regarding the menu. Much appreciated and this is a gem, having brought the high chair without asking but above all a pre-printed sheet and some colors to help the 2 year old child who was with me pass the waiting time. (I noticed that they do this with all the tables that have small children). You can tell that the owners have young children and know what it means to go out with them. Congratulations for this small gesture and also for bringing the food for the little one first. Menu: 9 surprise surprise for Roman pizza, I went back to being a child with those flavors that only Roman bakers knew how to convey. I found a pizza by the shovel that is very reminiscent of the Roman white pizza (the rectangular one for school, so to speak) except that this one is round. Excellent dough, amazing alveolation, the only place in the Nebrodi area that manages to churn out a pizza like this. Analyzing the menu we find many different choices and shapes from cube pizza to pizza rolls to classic pizza. High quality raw materials, The pizza cube, the montanari and the pizza in the peel are good. To try the Neapolitan but with a very inviting appearance. Pizza well cleaned underneath (no burnt ash) and without obvious burnt areas on the edges as in many pizzerias, a sign of good management of temperature and time by the pizza chef, well cooked pizza. Bill: 8 1/2 prices in the norm of the area tending towards downwards compared to many places, I hope they continue with this policy and do not adapt to the competitors. Quality/price ratio among the best in the area. Conclusions: very pleasant place from all points of view, even the bathroom was well kept despite the place being full. The sheet of paper and the colors for the child were appreciated, the round pizza on the shovel (Roman) was a surprise If you want to make a good impression on friends, relatives, boyfriend/girlfriend, etc. I highly recommend this place! Try to book at least 4 days in advance as it is always full and now I understand why. In the photo it appears empty because, having a child, we were already at the pizzeria in Sicily at 8pm, so we eat later. It was already full at 8.30pm I'll be back to try contemporary Neapolitan pizza. Congratulations to the pizza chef for the skill of the dough and management of the cooking, to the dining room staff for the little attention given.

A truly lovely place, with friendly and welcoming waiters. And what about pizza? The best I've ever tasted! A truly satisfying experience.
