Everything was absolutely delicious!! Must go when you're in Cagliari.
We were looking for delicious vegan food during our Sardinia holiday, and we definitely found it at Cavò! The food was incredibly tasty, and the staff were extremely friendly and, above all, helpful! 🥰 We would come back anytime and highly recommend Cavò! 🩷

I'm not usually one to give stars, but everything here was absolutely perfect! The quality of the food, the friendly and attentive service, the flexibility in sharing dishes, and even the cleanliness of the restrooms! Highly recommended!!

We have selected this place by chance and we had no idea that it was a vegan place. At first we tought about leaving but at the end we stayed - and the reward was the best food we had tasted in the city.
The gocchi was the best i have ever tasted and if you eat here you must try the cashew cake!

I discovered Cavó Bistrot thanks to a gluten-free app and it was one of the best meals I've had, not just in Italy.
The bruschetta was wonderfully crispy, with fresh and distinct flavors, the gnocchi was tender and melted in your mouth. And the cashew cake? An absolute surprise – a light, creamy yet naturally sweet dessert that was the perfect finishing touch to the entire meal.
In addition, the staff was very nice, they explained everything willingly and prepared gluten-free food without any problems. I felt really good there – like a guest who is happily taken care of.
Cavó Bistrot is a place I would gladly return to – not only because of the delicious food, but also because of the pleasant atmosphere and kind approach.

Yesterday my girlfriend and I had lunch at Cavó Bistrot, and it was a truly perfect experience!
We chose bruschetta, spaghetti, and gnocchi: all incredibly fresh, flavorful, and carefully crafted, with ingredients that reflect a passion and love for vegan cuisine.
Beyond the delicious food, what struck us most was the welcome: Marchy, Valentina, and the waitress Sara spoiled us and made us feel at home. It's rare to find a place where you can feel such kindness and authenticity.
A place that combines flavor, warmth, and attentive service: we'll definitely be back soon!
