Historic restaurant in the town center. An absolute must. Delicious food, fast and knowledgeable staff. Tried both for lunch (business menu excellent value) and dinner. Always a guarantee. The pizzas are a must-try, with a light and digestible dough. Highly recommended!

Il Cavallo Bianco was a pleasant surprise: a renovated, elegant old building, with meticulously maintained, well-furnished, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The rooms were perhaps a little small (I had a single), but they were very clean and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The menu is also interesting; I recommend the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese.
I hope to return! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent restaurant!
Fair prices, very, very good! Impeccable service; our waitress was very patient and professional.
We hadn't made a reservation and were a party of six. The owner made us wait until a table became available, and we had an aperitif at the bar.
I highly recommend this establishment!

I had lunch yesterday at the restaurant, which offers an à la carte menu, a tourist menu, or a business menu.
I chose the latter, which includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a side dish, dessert, and coffee for €12.
Quick and friendly service, clean dining room and restrooms.
Payment is possible with cash, cards, and Satispay.
Good central location with public parking in front.

A dinner with friends. Expectations were fully met, with the entire staff being helpful and courteous. The food was very good. If we really wanted to find a flaw, the portions for the second dessert were a bit on the small side. Everyone enjoyed it, but it was all gone before we could fully appreciate its deliciousness. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.

I stayed in a single room in the new area: excellent room with a full breakfast featuring all sorts of sweet and savory delicacies. I had dinner at their restaurant, featuring traditional dishes like anchovies in green sauce! Amazing! Highly recommended!

A historic hotel and restaurant, Dronero's resort town of the last century and today, and a modern restaurant.
Large banquet halls and smaller dining rooms allow for more relaxed conversation.
Traditional Piedmontese cuisine and an excellent selection of wines are served in the pizzeria. The wine list is also impressive.
The service is prompt and attentive.
Kindness and courtesy, attentiveness, and helpfulness.
I have never used the rooms, but I think they are in keeping with the rest of the hotel.

Ristorante nella media, un po' sotto le aspettative rispetto alla media delle recensioni.
Risotto alla castelmagno buono nel sapore ma decisamente scotto, filetto di maiale con tartufo nero filamentoso e un po' stopposo.
Buono il dolce.
Non abbiamo preso la pizza che sembra gustosa vedendo i tavoli attorno a noi.
Personale disponibile ed accogliente.
