2 of us came by chance with our border collie, immediately welcomed, nice place, good food, super mushroom tagliatelle. Also good, very rich mixed starter.

We found a table in the restaurant almost by chance because, being November 1st, the place was full but luckily for us we managed to sit down to taste 2 excellent typical first courses including the Plin ravioli with roast sauce and the pie chocolate with a warm heart (not excellent to be honest but still tasty), finishing the lunch with 2 coffees for a final bill more or less in line with other places in the area. The Cavallo Bianco is also a hotel and is located in the historic center of Dronero, a truly suggestive location; large car park not far from the venue.

Abbiamo trovato un tavolo per 2 quasi per caso perché, essendo il 1° Novembre, il locale era pieno ma per nostra fortuna siamo riusciti a sederci per assaggiare 2 ottimi primi piatti tipici tra cui i ravioli del Plin con sugo d'arrosto ed il tortino al cioccolato con cuore caldo (non eccellente a dire il vero ma comunque gustoso), terminando il pranzo con 2 caffé per un conto finale più o meno in linea con altri locali della zona. Il Cavallo Bianco è anche albergo e si trova nel centro storico di Dronero, località davvero suggestiva; ampio parcheggio non lontano dal locale.

Excellent experience for these factors: - perfect quality/price ratio, - attention to detail, - satisfy the customer's requests. (in my case I am pregnant and seeing the jam tarts brought to my group on the menu, they satisfied me by providing me with a trio of different types of tarts that were not present in the à la carte menu). My group took the 35 euro menu consisting of 2 cold starters, 2 hot starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 side dishes and a trio of desserts. I, however, had a first course, a second course and a trio of à la carte desserts. All the dishes recalled the tradition and the place. I have never paid attention to the furnishings of a restaurant, but I admit that in this case I just couldn't help but find all the details present in the rooms to be in excellent taste. We will definitely return.
