Good proposal near Velino. Along the via Salaria. Excellent choice of first and second courses. Very efficient service, service with a high level speed. Average prices. Recommended.

Excellent and quality food! The meat is excellent and well cooked! Also the seasonal vegetables are good and the desserts are special! We came from Rome here and also the prices are fair compared to the crazy prices in Rome!!

A place with great aesthetic and musical taste, very helpful staff, in particular I want to thank Michael's availability and kindness! The place specializes in meat but the soup I got for the honest price of 8 euros was excellent first course, and original second course and served on a plate that certainly improves the experience.

Si mangia discretamente sia i primi che la carne, nulla di speciale ma sufficiente sia la qualità che ma quantità. Qualita prezzo quindi buona ed anche il servizio.

È la seconda volta che pranzo insieme a mia moglie al Cava 18 ed il fatto che ci siamo tornati già risponde alla qualità di questo ristorante. Molto grazioso il locale moderno ma molto molto accogliente. Bravissimo il personale preciso professionale simpatico. Perfetto il cibo una tagliata per me una bistecca di scottona per mia moglie. Cottura perfetta sapore eccellente quantità giustissima. Contorno patate al forno ottime. Dessert due buonissime zuppe inglesi, forse un troppa "bagna". Caffè calice di buon rosso un caffè. Conto perfetto. Bravi ci rivedremo presto. Augurissimi

04/05/2025: The best amatriciana I've ever eaten (personal note, but I think it's a good way to start a review!). The place is a little isolated, which however makes it appreciable, especially for a post-prandial stroll. The welcome is kind: not loud as you would expect in these parts, but friendly and attentive - much appreciated! If you are in Amatrice, try it.
