Relive the past by eating deliciously! A few steps from the excavations and the Circumvesuviana stop I found this jewel of a restaurant where love for the past has taken shape in the walls, in the food and in the staff. I will never thank Augusto and all the staff enough for this unforgettable evening. For those who love history and want to relive it this is the place to come! Modern and ancient menu available that uses only ancient ingredients and techniques. As soon as heaven allows me to return to Pompeii, I will return to visit you! 🫶

The PERFECT restaurant to extend your Pompei experience, thanks to its 5-course menu inspired by the cuisine of Ancient Rome. The team is adorable. Delicious dishes. The calm and beautiful setting. The correct price (47€ for the special menu). A big thank you to Jeremy Muller for his opinion, which convinced us to set our sights on it.

06/01/2025: Typical, well-kept restaurant, a stone's throw from the main pedestrian streets. As appetizers, delicious meatballs and courgette flowers, highly recommended, as a first course the Genoese ziti (tried in several places) were really top-notch!!! Friendly and attentive staff, we had a great time!

Gastronomia Arfe antica tradizione partenopea

13/12/2024: Conoscevo questo posto perche il proprietario e chef è stato allievo di mio padre, ma non avevo mai potuto apprezzarne la cucina. Mi sono fermata per il pranzo e ho mangiato un' ottima pizza rustica e dei deliziosi ravioli ai funghi porcini conditi con fondo bruno preparati al momento. Ringrazio il signor Arfe e tutto lo staff per la calorosa e "gustosissima" accoglienza!
11/10/2024: Very tasty food, very nice employees! The creations are special and classic Neapolitan at the same time. Fantastic all around!
