Cathedral Coffee In Cefalù

Tried the gelato. It was ok, definitely better options nearby. Can’t comment on the rest of the offerings but the piazza is really nice next to the cathedral.

We have been several times for breakfast: fresh croissants, made by them and you can taste it! Really good and full. The ricotta of the iris and the croissant had an incredibly tasty flavor. The croissants are filled with various flavors: chocolate, ricotta, pistachio, cream and empty. The iris with ricotta has a notable specific weight at a ridiculous price. On the cappuccino they write "Cefalù" by hand which is a small thing, but it makes you understand how much care they take of the customer. The staff, in fact, is very kind and attentive, especially Jessica who transmits all the love she has for her work. I recommend foreign tourists, accustomed to a savory breakfast, to enjoy the sweet breakfast with typical products and fresh ricotta. For me it is the perfect place to start the day in the best way.

I don’t know how, but this place had one of the best Piña Coladas I have ever gotten. We came back, but the next day it was below average :(

Well...it's beautifully located in front of the cathedral, but it's really very touristy and just a mass-market place. Prices are reasonable, and the coffee, cocktails, and snacks are relatively decent.

All good. We come from France. The brioche with gelatine is truly delicious.

Super breakfast, lots of choice of sweets and also savory for those who prefer, aperitifs and quick lunch with fantastic arancini with pistachio or classic with ragù, attentive and kind staff, greetings and thanks to Jessica and her staff.

Llamé aquí para tomar café solo durante un paseo por Cefalu. La ubicación es excelente, con asientos cubiertos en la plaza de la catedral. Nuestro pedido fue tomado rápidamente, y los cafés llegaron poco después. A veces, el servicio parecía un poco caótico, con pedidos saliendo, pero la camarera no sabía para qué mesa estaban. Los precios son un poco más caros debido a su ubicación, pero no excesivamente. Hay algunas buenas ofertas de desayuno.

We discovered, after walking all around the historic center, that the place to go for coffee and pastries in the morning is the Cathedral Coffee is the place to go. It's on the square in front of the Duomo. You would think that because of its location that it would be expensive, but it is most reasonably priced and very good food.
