I gave a full tasting and dinner to discover this enchanting and intimate winery, which produces just a few thousand bottles of wine to preserve its historic, quality family spirit.
Ripasso, Amarone, Corvina, and Valpolicella wines embody the soul of this intimate Relais. The tasting costs €40 per person, including cheeses and cured meats. I won't say anything else to avoid spoilers, but I recommend you let me amaze you with the simplicity and elegance of the place.
For dinner, I only tried a delicious gourmet burger, but the menu offers much more.
The view is enchanting, overlooking the Valpolicella valley!
