We were guests at this property for Christmas lunch and weren't particularly satisfied for a number of reasons. The day was damp, cold, and rainy. We followed the signs, and they led us to a distant parking lot, a dirt road full of mud and puddles. After climbing a slippery wooden staircase (with a broken step) to exit the parking lot, we followed the road like other people to access the entrance to the property, circling the castle's outer walls on a road in terrible condition—dirt, rocks, mud, puddles, etc. When we reached the so-called entrance, it seemed like a secondary exit, as there was no reception area; instead, you had to follow a corridor with no doors or windows and no signs to access the elevator that leads to the first floor of the castle, where the rooms were located. Only by following the sound of voices did we figure out which way to go to the dining room. Once we arrived, it was warm and pleasant, and we stored our jackets and coats in the cloakroom before securing our reserved table. Given the large number of people who chose to dine there for Christmas, we sat at the tables on the outdoor terrace, which, despite being enclosed and heated, proved to be a cold place because the table was close to the glass outside, and my seat was right there. My back felt cold. The tables were too close to each other, and the passage between them was narrow, making it impossible to change seats or anything else. Although I looked for the positives in the table location—on a gray, dark day, it was in a bright spot compared to the tables inside the restaurant—I had to grab my coat and hold it over my shoulders to warm up. For a 4-star establishment, I expected to be a little better. The menu was more or less the one listed when we booked, but since we had a person with food allergies at our table, and despite the place card specially placed for him, they always brought the wrong dishes, and after each course they had to check the contents and then ask for them to be changed again. We could never all eat together because waiting for his dish would make ours get cold... It was a bit of an unpleasant situation, especially on a holiday when we made such a choice just to think we'd be okay. The staff was helpful and tried to accommodate us for various mix-ups, but I think something went wrong with the overall management of the day. Perhaps the staff was too few in number compared to the number of tables they were supposed to serve... I know this is a place where Christmas lunches have been organized for many years, and we expected more experience to best manage the event. I hope it was just an isolated incident, because it would be a shame for a place like this to lose value in service due to logistical flaws. The dishes served were good, the menu equally inviting, the buffet was full of desserts, and everything could have been perfect with a few small adjustments. In any case, we celebrated the occasion, putting aside the small negatives, and we hope to return and have better luck. Happy New Year everyone!

We stayed one night in a double room in the annex; everything was very quiet and clean. The castle is well-kept, and I recommend it for a relaxing getaway, being just an hour's drive away for those living in Turin. We'll definitely be back!

Truly beautiful location, in an enchanting and charming setting! Comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were welcoming, extremely kind, and helpful. Alessia from the spa team was truly knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant was excellent, serving traditional and well-prepared dishes. An experience to be repeated! Remarkable!

A special thanks goes to sauna master Gabriele, who transforms every ritual into an intense and engaging sensory experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and the genuine passion with which he leads the experience truly make the difference. Impeccable service, a special energy, and the feeling of being attentively accompanied at every moment. I will gladly return: it's rare to find a place where you feel so good.

I booked the room through their website, along with the spa package for two. Breakfast included. The location is breathtaking. The staff is fabulous. I had a health issue during the night, and they changed the sheets in just 5 minutes, and it was well past midnight. The guy who runs the spa program is excellent; he pampers you and leads you through the Turkish bath and sauna, explaining each treatment. An experience not to be missed. The breakfast was delicious, with all homemade products. And the dinner was simply superb.

Great building At first glance, everything looks great, but upon closer inspection, it's showing its age.

I'd like to share my experience with this hotel, which I chose to celebrate an anniversary with a delicious dinner and an overnight stay. From the first contact, the staff was courteous and professional, providing us with all the information we needed and resolving a small misunderstanding (on our part) regarding the reservation. When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with extreme courtesy and, given my wife's mobility issues, kindly accompanied us from the reception to the annex located adjacent to the main building. The setting was truly beautiful, as the hotel is located within Castello Rosso and adjacent to another castle, Castello Reynaudi. The latter is currently inaccessible but truly beautiful from the outside. The dinner and service were impeccable, as was the kindness of the young woman who served us breakfast in the morning. A short stay that left us with wonderful memories. We'll return if we can.

The property is beautifully surrounded by greenery, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. We dined outside in the courtyard. We had appetizers, first courses, and desserts. Everything was excellent. Excellent service. Recommended!

We just finished our weekend in this wonderful place. We arrived on Saturday around 5 pm and left on Sunday around the same time. We then had dinner, breakfast, lunch, and relaxed by the pool. Everything was excellent, nothing more to say, from the delicious food to the service to the location. On Sunday morning, we added a spa experience with a Turkish bath and sauna, complete with a final massage. Gabriele was wonderful: kind, helpful, and approachable, and you could tell he's passionate about his job.

I was here on Saturday for a wedding; the location is intimate and quiet. Outside, in addition to the large courtyard, you can enjoy a splendid view of a pool and the city. The food is excellent, the wait times between courses are quick, and the waiters are attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the location is a bit inconvenient; you have to be careful when climbing because the road is narrow. However, this doesn't detract from the beauty of this place in any way.
