Castello Rosso In Costigliole saluzzo

We just finished our weekend in this wonderful place. We arrived on Saturday around 5 pm and left on Sunday around the same time. We then had dinner, breakfast, lunch, and relaxed by the pool. Everything was excellent, nothing more to say, from the delicious food to the service to the location. On Sunday morning, we added a spa experience with a Turkish bath and sauna, complete with a final massage. Gabriele was wonderful: kind, helpful, and approachable, and you could tell he's passionate about his job.

I was here on Saturday for a wedding; the location is intimate and quiet. Outside, in addition to the large courtyard, you can enjoy a splendid view of a pool and the city. The food is excellent, the wait times between courses are quick, and the waiters are attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the location is a bit inconvenient; you have to be careful when climbing because the road is narrow. However, this doesn't detract from the beauty of this place in any way.

I've only been to this hotel for a wedding reception, but I'd like to go back for a weekend getaway.

I stopped at this hotel for a day after a trek. I'd say I was served very well at reception. The restaurant is another level. I really liked the atmosphere and the service from the staff, not to mention the head waiter, who was always smiling. Thank you. I tried the appetizer, which was amazing, wow, congratulations. The first course was very good, and the second course of duck was good, but the meat was a little hard to chew. Overall, I liked the quality/price ratio and everything. See you soon.

Beautiful, truly historic place, surrounded by greenery that gives it a touch of magic! The only flaws... the room had an electrical noise problem (reported to reception when leaving) and... to turn on the light, you had to use the white card "stuck" near the door!

We got married at Castello Rosso and we couldn't have wished for a more magical location for such a special day. The castle is simply enchanting: surrounded by greenery, with romantic views and a fairytale atmosphere that won us and all our guests over. The organization was impeccable: the staff was always available, professional and attentive to every detail, making us feel welcomed and pampered right from the first inspection. They were able to transform our ideas into reality, with great care and sensitivity. The reception took place in an elegant but relaxed atmosphere, and every moment - from the aperitif in the garden to the open bar under the stars - was unforgettable. The quality of the food also exceeded all expectations: refined, abundant and perfectly prepared dishes. We recommend Castello Rosso with all our heart to those looking for a place to experience a dream wedding, surrounded by beauty, history and wonderful people. 💖

Spectacular location, we had an aperitif in the garden… as soon as the sun was lower, around 8/8:30 pm a fabulous breeze came out that dampened the sultry heat, the trees gave their great contribution. The food was excellent, with unexpected reinterpretations. I recommend.

The Castle is very beautiful and well cared for....the SPA path was much appreciated...we opted for the pre-dinner package that includes the final aperitif. The sauna master follows you step by step and finally, a nice relaxing massage! The dinner was excellent...quality raw materials in an intimate and well-kept outdoor environment. The waiter was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso un weekend davvero speciale alla Tenuta Castello Rosso. L’atmosfera è magica e fin da subito ci siamo sentiti coccolati e accolti con grande professionalità. Abbiamo partecipato a una Fanta-degustazione guidata da Luca, il maître: un vero viaggio tra vini eccellenti, raccontati con passione e competenza. Ci sono piaciuti talmente tanto che li abbiamo acquistati tutti! Il pomeriggio lo abbiamo dedicato al relax nella spa, dove Gabriele – maestro di sauna – ci ha fatto vivere un’esperienza straordinaria. È stato gentilissimo, preparato e anche molto simpatico: ci siamo sentiti davvero in ottime mani. La cena è stata squisita, ogni piatto curato nei dettagli e servito con attenzione. Ancora una volta Luca si è distinto per la sua professionalità e cortesia. Un’esperienza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista: romantica, rilassante e ricca di gusto. Consigliatissima per chi cerca una fuga speciale. Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
