The girls at Fatt'ammano have "repeated" the very pleasant impression they had a few years ago, with a choice of quality and a menu that could perhaps disorient those who are looking for traditional Amiata dishes, but which do not betray, but rather exceed the expectations of those who, like us, he comes from Amiata, he knows its flavors and, in his own cooking, he tries to "pass them on" to friends and guests.
Reservations are absolutely recommended, especially in the autumn and winter periods, the venue, although welcoming, is not very large and, all things considered, in the end this becomes an advantage in terms of acoustic comfort: even in a full room you can easily converse in a low voice .

04/11/2024: Fatt'ammano was a pleasant discovery, the dishes are extremely refined and made with seasonal products. The staff were very kind and professional. Absolutely recommended. Book, especially on weekends, because the place is small and you risk not finding a seat
