The castle was the birthplace of Federico da Montefeltro, Duke of Urbino. Its location and architectural design are truly unique, making it well worth a visit for a relaxing stay and full immersion in an authentic Renaissance atmosphere. The restaurant is top-notch, and the service is excellent.

An enchanting castle, an experience to repeat. We had a small problem with the room, but we immediately called reception and it was resolved, even more positively than we expected. The view was breathtaking, the panorama fantastic. A peaceful setting, two nights away from the city, immersed in relaxation. The room was clean and the staff friendly. We ate in the restaurant two nights, the food was excellent, and above all, the professionalism, friendliness, and kindness of Mr. Paolo in the dining room made all the difference. Compliments to the location and all the staff.

The arrival at the relais is a dirt road, nestled in the woods, and it already transports you to what will be a little escape, a magical experience in the silence of the Umbrian hills. Parking is ample, the staff are friendly, and the hamlet and rooms are tidy and suspended in time. We stayed in the castle tower, a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. Since we were there in the second half of November, the heating was constantly on (fortunately, given the occasional draft, it was 1070, after all!). The sweet and savory breakfast buffet is accompanied by typical medieval music and the friendliness of the bartender, while dinner in the evening was delicious. Wonderful and flavorful dishes, enhanced by the castle's products and quality meats, candlelight, and classical music.

A beautiful, quiet, relaxing place. An old-world atmosphere, but above all, the staff are exceptionally courteous. I'll definitely be back.

My girlfriend booked the tower room, and we were completely satisfied. Staying in a castle is a truly timeless experience. We'll definitely be happy to be guests again.

Fantastic castle. My girlfriend and I stayed one night and were truly amazed. The staff were truly fantastic, kind and welcoming. The dinner was truly delicious, with the wait staff being extremely professional and attentive. The room was spotless and had a stunning view. The next day we even spent a bit of time by the pool...nothing to complain about, we'll definitely be back as soon as possible.

We stayed three nights with our 2-year old son & little Pomeranian. Amé gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and a little tour through this beautiful castle-hotel. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner at the restaurant, because that was too late with our son. As a solution we could have an earlier dinner served in the room. I’m a vegetarian and had enough options on the menu, especially the gnocchi with cheese & truffle was delicious! All the staff was super friendly, even all the caste-cats were nice to our little dog. Looking forward coming back when our son is a little bit older :-)

A truly positive experience; the castle is enchanting and located in a truly peaceful area. Their Chianina beef fillet is a must-try. The staff is attentive and able to accommodate all requests.
