Discovered by chance, I celebrated with my family with an excellent lunch! Very friendly staff and excellent quality of food! I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Very large and clean room, gave us a nice night's rest. Very kind staff. Very suggestive location, especially the breakfast/dinner room, shame about the garden that needs to be completely redone. Varied and good breakfast. Dinner will be for next time.

Beautiful experience. The hotel rooms are nice and very clean! The view from the room is particularly pleasant. I really liked the breakfast, the buffet was not particularly assorted, but the products that were there were all fresh and very good! The opinion for the restaurant is also positive, good dishes and friendly staff. It is the ideal place to spend a weekend to relax.

Returning to the area we had lunch at the Castle Restaurant. In addition to the very beautiful and elegant location both externally and internally, excellent preparation of place settings, order and cleanliness, we had lunch with excellent dishes perhaps outside of the typical Piedmontese but appreciated for this reason by those who also appreciate new tastes or classy reinterpretations. The service is affable and friendly, an absolute place to visit if you want to feel cared for both by the cuisine and the service. Last but not least, excellent quality/price ratio.

Wat a beautiful restaurant in the castle of Bubbio. Nice table, comfortable light (not so harsh as many restaurants have in Italy). Eccellent food, great winelist, nice music. We’ll be back soon

We had an exceptional dinner at Il Castello di Bubbio! The atmosphere in this historic venue was charming, and the service was impeccable. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the best of Piemontese cuisine, and beautifully accompanied with the local wine. A memorable dining experience in a stunning setting — highly recommended!

15/04/2025: Had dinner one evening during the week.. It was after 9pm... When others, with the most banal excuses, told you that their service had already ended... Instead, here I was welcomed with great availability and a familiar approach. I had dinner tasting an excellent trio of typical Piedmontese appetizers... sumptuous tartare, veal with tuna sauce and a spectacular Russian salad... A fresh potato gnocchi seasoned with excellent Castelmagno sauce... to make the slipper... To finish, homemade tart with fruit and chocolate... here's some orange peel... mouth-watering!! I was already very full... after finishing the glass of Barbera TOP (strictly Barbera Asigiana), beautifully scented and with interesting complexity... Nice atmosphere, excellent service....what else can I say... Totally adequate for everything I have described to you... Try it too... I'm sure it's worth it!!! Happy Easter and thank you for everything!!

09/05/2025: We had a wonderful time Very scrupulous, attentive and kind, they gave us a magnificent experience, not only by bringing us wonderful and delicious dishes (not to mention the Bavarian cream with fregole... divine!), but also by recommending places to visit in the surrounding area, which turned out to be really beautiful, as they described! Ps. Location so beautiful that I would dream of getting married right there!! Thank you Santisè ☀️
20/04/2025: I was in this splendid restaurant for Easter lunch, referred by a friend. Excellent I would say. There was a fixed menu which we asked for a change and there were no problems. The right portions and served with excellent plating.. They have an essential wine cellar so as not to confuse us mere mortals 🤭 with different prices and quality. We opted for a Ruchè remaining in the area. The only flaw of the place is the climate. It was a bit cold inside, but otherwise the place is worth it as it is special. A mix of ancient farmhouse embellished with modern objects. Truly remarkable. Very nice even outside though, given the weather we only took a tour. Highly recommended
