If you visit the city of Vasto it is definitely a place to visit both to taste the dishes on offer and to see the spectacular panorama

Elegant environment, attention to detail with refined sobriety. Fantastic dishes in composition, flavors and presentation, with adequate portions. Very jovial staff, always smiling, helpful and professional, led by the engaging maître Marino.

And it was a wonderful and surprising experience. From the first moment you pass through the gate and enjoy a breathtaking view. A special welcome. Finally, the refined and exquisite dishes. Without a doubt it needs to be redone

We arrived to an excellent welcome, friendly staff. We ordered 3 first courses with a moderate wait. Good raw material but the preparation of the dish (not plating) was superficial for the first course with clams, while for the first course with lobster everything was fine. For the second course we ordered a sea bass caught of the day served with baked potatoes, portioned out at the table by a very knowledgeable and kind waiter. The fish was fresh and well prepared, a shame about the potatoes being a little too salty but still excellent. Bathroom with all stain removing products set up very well and clean. Overall a very pleasant place and location. Chef not at the level of the place and the quality of the products.

Magical place, impeccable service and excellent food.

We chose the Castello Aragona Restaurant to celebrate Valentine's Day, certain that, as always, it would be a special evening. And once again, they exceeded all expectations! From the welcome with a welcome cocktail to the romantic details such as chocolates, balloons and accurate decorations. The atmosphere was perfect for an evening of love. An elegant and welcoming environment, ideal for those looking for something truly magical. The cuisine was simply exceptional, with carefully prepared dishes and refined flavours. My favorite of the night? The beetroot gnocchi…absolutely perfect! A restaurant that I recommend, not only for the quality of the food and the impeccable service, but for the ability to make every occasion truly unique. Wonderful view, a real enchantment! The only small flaw that unfortunately I have to point out was that it was a little cold in the upper part, but the atmosphere and the overall experience still made the evening special.

Ristorante molto ben curato, terrazza vista mare ed ampie vetrate. Atmosfera accogliente. Servizio impeccabile, il proprietario del ristorante molto presente, attento e gentile. Pesce freschissimo. Noi abbiamo assaggiato antipasti e zuppa di pesce, spettacolari. Buona carta dei vini. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ci ritorneremo.

Thanks for the kindness of opening the kitchens for us at 10.15pm on Friday Aside from the thanks, what remains is the beauty of the structure and the courtesy of the service which is always at high levels, the risotto is delicious, the hot starter is standard.
