The negative service experience certainly isn't attributable to the waiters, but rather to the long wait for the main course.
We arrived at the restaurant around 1:00 PM:
The first courses were served almost immediately, while the second courses didn't arrive until around 3:10 PM, despite two reminders within two hours.
I understand the confusion and appreciate the apology, but it certainly wasn't a pleasant experience, especially since we had a return flight to Sicily and had to cancel our plans before our departure.
I certainly recommend the restaurant, but I also advise the restaurant owners to reserve fewer seats so as to accommodate the needs of the dining room without causing disruption to their customers.

The atmosphere is great, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, the lasagna is subpar, I didn't like the cutlet, the desserts are good.
The price is right.

The garden is beautiful, with a pergola perfect for the warmer months.
The deliberately limited menu, which changes seasonally, always offers delightful surprises, revisiting traditional dishes while also offering "safe" options for the little ones.

Everything was very good, both first and second courses. The tortelloni were really worth it, as was the guanciale. The place was very large and traditional, the woods were beautiful, although €10 for both adults and children seemed a bit too much for the little ones! The waiter was kind and helpful, at least the guy who took our order.

We went last night, even though we were a little hesitant given the many unconvincing reviews...or even negative ones!
We went anyway and had a truly wonderful meal! The food was carefully prepared and high-quality, the staff were really friendly, and the guys were really good.
I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT!
The brioche bread was also...superb 🤩
We'll definitely be back 🤗

Questo ristorante convince innanzitutto per la posizione, sui colli a due passi da Bologna. Locale molto semplice, menu fatto di pochi piatti. Non attendetevi urla di entusiasmo, la cucina tende a nn stupire ma a tenersi sulla tradizione e la qualità. Da provare e forse da riprovare. Servizio molto attento, prezzi normali
