The place is welcoming, albeit very rustic. The wait staff is courteous and attentive. The food fell short of expectations. The crescentino appetizer was decidedly too dry and difficult to cut. The Bolognese cutlets were also dry and tough to cut; the prosciutto was excellent. The slow-cooked pork cheek was very good, as were the desserts. The final bill was high considering the overall quality of the food.

Nice location nestled in the Bologna hills. Views at night need to be evaluated during the day. When you arrive, it's unclear whether the bar in the parking lot is part of Ca' Shin or not. Walk about 100 meters and you'll reach the restaurant. It was a rather muggy evening, so there was no breeze, at least at the table where we dined. Decent food, very friendly staff, fast service, and the food-quality-price ratio is decent, but everything else has improved in recent years. I would return during the day with the kids to evaluate the park and the activities offered.

We ate at noon on August 15th: everything was very good, the service was kind and attentive, and despite the intense heat, we had a good time; the table was in a nice shaded spot. The price was quite high, but when you eat well, you're happy to spend it.

Excellent restaurant in the Bologna hills. Very good tagliatelle with ragù, good main courses and desserts too. Friendly and courteous staff. Children's playground with safe treetop trails. Recommended.

Questo ristorante convince innanzitutto per la posizione, sui colli a due passi da Bologna. Locale molto semplice, menu fatto di pochi piatti. Non attendetevi urla di entusiasmo, la cucina tende a nn stupire ma a tenersi sulla tradizione e la qualità. Da provare e forse da riprovare. Servizio molto attento, prezzi normali

01/07/2025: The best place to eat fish: very fresh, very good, lots of variety, from oysters to mussels, clams, tuna, sole, sea bream, sea bass, monkfish, shrimp, calamari, scallops, cooked in all ways. Magnificent mussels au gratin. Impeccable service and lots of courtesy. At Timy you can never go wrong

26/07/2025: A small place with seating inside and out. A wide selection of artisanal and unique flavors. All the loose products are gluten-free (though this doesn't rule out the possibility of cross-contamination), and the ones I've tried are excellent.
