I wanted fresh ricotta and on the suggestion of a friend I went to find the place... Quite small, considering that the line of people waiting is very long. A very well-stocked counter, there was an embarrassment of choice, I bought: fresh mozzarella, cow ricotta, soft cheese like brie, gorgonzola with mascarpone, and fresh yogurts always made by them. What can I say...exceptional quality of the products, everything delicious. Finally I ate something that tasted of milk and not packaged. The best thing is that even though they are products sold in portions, they last a long time in the fridge.
