A hearty aperitif for those who want something to eat other than the usual chips and peanuts. Delicious Franciacorta gnocchi, generous portions. Very friendly staff.

I'm not crazy about the atmosphere, but service during the weekly lunch break is quick. The chicken curry is decent, but for €10 it's fine. The desserts aren't impressive, quite the opposite.

Had a business lunch. The food was all very good, excellent value for money. The service was very good; you can sense the commitment the waiters put in; they were all very friendly. And on a nice, sunny day, eating at the outdoor tables is very pleasant. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area who wants a quick lunch!

30/09/2025: One word: Wow! Food: We had dinnere at Sostago and were blown away. The menu has classic italian food bit also with some twists to make it interesting and every dish worked out perfectly. Even the frothy butter that goes with the bread was a highlight. Price wise it was also very respectable. It was among the top dinner I had so far. Location: It begins with the entry to the Villa Sostago. It is a one way street that follows a narrow road through the mountain side with great views on the lake. At the end the old Soatago villa comes into place. We felt straight out from a James Bond movie. Crazy. Inside it follows the theme. The Atmosphere is very welcome and the dining area is super cozy with great views. Great knowladgeable staff. The whole evening was a success!!
12/09/2025: A beautiful villa, highly recommended. Our post-wedding dinner was top-notch, and the service was wonderful. The food was one of the best I've ever eaten. Thank you 🥰🥰🥰

10/01/2026: The food is quite good, but I'm not entirely convinced by the croissants and yogurts. There are very few tables, and we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. The atmosphere is really nice, well-decorated, and quiet (when there are few people), but cramped when there are many people.
